How helpful they were and their explanations to help me understand things.

Everyone was courteous and polite and answered all my inquiries regarding my loan. Even though my credit score was a little low Reprise approved my loan with an adequate interest rate.

Communication was marginal at best. I would submit requested documents and not hear back for days at a time. My final submittal was not reviewed for 10 days.

Every time I would call, I would get differet information. I had applied for a $3500 loan. However, when I would talk with one of your staff, they would assure me they were working on my $5,000 loan request. Each time was a different amount, and got as high as $8000. In additio the type of loan changed daily.

The terms of the loan were never communicated clearly. At no point was I ever told about the origination fee.

The application process was very lengthy compared to others. I provided everything needed right away and it still took longer than it should’ve. I was asked for everything but my blood type and a blood sample which I thought was the next thing needed. If I would’ve known this process was going to be this intense I would’ve went with a local company. I’ve used a local company before and I was in & out but because I could do this online I chose that option but never again. Customer service was giving mixed information and was never on the same page. Everyone I spoke with gave different information, I had to sign a new contract because they were so unorganized.

Have had no problems with them throughout the time of my loan. Gave me a Competitive interest rate.

was approved 3 times, first was 33k, 2nd was 22k, 3rd was 4500, and every time i was sent to another agent, agent took exact info as last guy, approved loan got lower and lower. was jakt around for 3 days. 3rd guy after being on the phone for 2 hours said sorry we'd love to help you. pretty much seems to be a pyramid scheme to extort private info. i've changed all my passwords since then. VERY BAD EXPERIANCE !!!
