Shining Star Jo!
Jo’s constant effort to help and support children is second to none.
Her sessions for children are amazing to improve and help their wellbeing and in turn Jo also is there to support families alongside running these sessions.
I am so so fortunate to work with Jo, who I have sat in many a mindfulness session. Jo is not just a colleague of mine she is a dear friend who I have been able to confide in as she is trustworthy and always open to helping others.
So happy this service is available for Hartlepool, in such challenging times Jo is doing her absolute best to be our shining star.
Jo is amazing, a true professional.
Jo is amazing at what she does. She is approachable, honest and trustworthy and very knowledgeable in her field.
I have been lucky enough to work with Jo in the past and I have used her mindfulness techniques both on my own little boy and myself at times!
She truly is amazing and I'm confident her business will continue to develop.
we found jos Facebook page at the…
we found jos Facebook page at the start of the first lock down in Ireland a time of great stress and upset for my daughter . during theses weeks jo put up weekly and sometimes daily guided meditations free of charge on her Facebook page to help children relax and sleep . I can't thank jo enough for the comfort she brought to not just my daughter but also to me as I was diagnosed with cancer at the same time . during my stays in hospital I would fall asleep listening to jos voice, safe in the knowledge my daughter was doing the same her in bed. jo has been kind generous and thoughtful and I can not recommend her enough for children and adults alike . she has gotten us through the last 8 month's and I cant thank her enough either . she was always a pleasure to deal with .

Great online resource and really friendly - highly recommend. The bad review on here is not a reflection on the fantastic service offered and appears to be more vindictive than a true review.
Can't say enough good things!
I have nothing but good things to say about the service that repeat offer. The work that Jo does with my kids has done them a world of good in terms of dealing with difficult emotions and their confidence. In particular, with the current events, the mindfulness sessions have helped them tremendously! I can 100% guarantee the libelous review below is exactly that!
Professional friendly and brilliant with my children !
My two children aged 8 and 6 have been going to Repeat mindfulness with Jo almost since it very first opened. They adore Jo and love their sessions. Jo has taught my children so much about their own mental health and given them tools that not just help them now, but will help them in the future. I have had many many conversations with Jo and find her to be a friendly, polite, gentle and child focused professional. I can't thank Jo enough for all she does for our two children.
Unfortunately because Jo left a bad review after receiving some shoddy home improvement work and because she wouldn't be silenced by intimidation and aggression this individual has left her an awful review in retaliation to her standing up for herself. This man is a unprofessional bully and what he has wrote is not true in my experience of Jo.
Please ignore what has wrote and take the time to read what people who send their children to Jo actually are saying.
Absolutely disgusted by this man's behaviour.
Very very proud of Jo Mowbray
This is my partner. The review by Mr Monaghan of Smart Kitchen Resprays is a result of him carrying out his threat to destroy my partners business, if she did not remove a well deserved bad review from this site. This man has sent a series of disgusting and vile emails and at one point threatened to come to our home if it was not removed. Please refer to my partners Facebook page which is a true reflection of the amazing work she does with the children she supports.
Mr Monaghan has been advised on several occasions to cease communication and a call has been logged in regards to his abusive behaviour to Cleveland Police.
