My daughter had the opportunity to attend jo's sessions through young carers. I hadn't heard of her the amazing service she provides before this and feel incredibly fortunate that young carers partnered up with jo. It is my daughters favourite hour of the week. Jo's facilities are amazing and children from all walks of life benefit so much from her work. Thankyou x

I can not thank Jo enough for the help and support she has given my daughter but also me over these last few months when you have a child that will not open up who is scared anxious and lacks confidence it’s hard to find someone who a child can trust ... my daughter is now feeling more confident in herself and although we still have some way to go without Jo we wouldn’t have got anywhere. Having had intervention from another service we haven’t had the support like we have had with Repeat. Jo is professional caring compassionate and genuine and I believe my daughter will continue to make progress and build her confidence I can’t thank her enough and we are forever grateful especially during the uncertain times we have all endured this last year.

This is a Character Reference of the person who owns and deals with this business for vulnerable children. My child being one of those. The owner is an amazing person who has given my child the support and resources to cope and lead a more normal life.

It is hard to know how to put into words how wonderful Jo and her service are. Without her intervention and her considered & selfless actions, I dread to think how my son would have deteriorated over the last year. His attendance at the sessions allowed him to calm himself and to control the anguish he has been experiencing. Her treatment of his mental strife has been a perfect combination of professionalism and empathy. I shall be forever grateful.

Jo is an incredibly kind, understanding and hard working lady.
My autistic son was lucky enough to be one of Repeats first clients and he would be lost without Jo and her mindfulness. My son attends sessions once a week, falls asleep listening to one of Jo's personalised meditations and has even pulled himself out of crisis at his new school by having another personalised meditation on his MP3 player which is his go to tool to help him stay calm and focused.

Repeat has had a MASSIVE impact on our family and we cannot thank Jo enough nor rate Repeat highly enough.

If you have children who are in need of some mindfulness and support because of their needs, because they have anxiety or to help them through this difficult year, please consider Reapeat for kids, they are simply perfection!

I’m so proud of having the pleasure of knowing this fantastic lady! She is a complete professional and is constantly thinking of innovative ways to improve her practise. She has an amazing way with children and, in turn, children love being in her company and accessing her mindfulness activities. Jo goes out of her way to help others and is completely in tune with the needs of those around her!

Jo is extremely gifted at what she does, and until you see her in a professional capacity, you won’t realise how competent, skilled, knowledgeable, and bloody excellent she is at her job!!!

Just like to say a big thank you for your kindness and support. To say Jo has a voice of an angel is an understatement she not only relaxes my daughter, she relaxes me too. Her love and compassion shines through her meditation for a variety of children. Would highly recommend.

This terrific lady has basically saved our lives. My son was going through a nightmare with his mental health, could hardly sleep, his bad thoughts were almost destroying him and CAMHS had discharged him. Since attending sessions with Jo, he has completely turned around and is back to being his normal happy self. I would trust this lady with our lives, in fact we did, and do not regret it. Strongly recommended for children of any age, and Jo also helped me as a parent.

5 star review for a 5 star lady!

I have been fortune to work with Jo for seven years. I have learned so much from her in that time. She is dedicated to the job she does and is knowledgeable in her field. I know the hours she puts in and I know what the children get out of it.

As Jo's day job is working with children, she can't have her phone with her (safeguarding) but she can always be reached via the main phone line should an emergency occur.

Not only does Jo give her all to the children in her care while they are there, but continues to offer support long after.

It's not just children she helps but adults too. Probably without even realising. She has calmed me on many occasions. There is never a problem too big or small.

Jo, is an amazing supportive person. Her and her partner spent a lot of time supporting my son into group before lockdown as he would not enter the room. She is caring and has helped him loads.

I am incredibly lucky to work with Jo and her passion and knowledge in this field is incredible. Every child’s need is catered for and nothing is ever too much! She is honest, trustworthy and approachable with a big heart. I would definitely recommend Jo.

I don't think 5 stars is enough for this lovely lady and her buisness. I have had the opportunity to support child along side Jo and have learnt so much for her knowledge and experience. She gets to know each child individually and supports them in a tailored way to there each of there needs. Throughout lockdown she came on social media and delivered mindfulness sessions. Again thinking of the children as she always does. I sat with my children listening to her sessions and was in awe and completely relaxed as where the children. If my children needed any mindfulness sessions I know they would be I'm caring and expert hands with Jo. Thankyou and keep doing the amazing job you are!!

I have know jo for approximately 16 years and I can honestly say she is the most lovely genuine person I have ever met. Working with children myself I know only too well the importance of safeguarding children and having the ‘right’ person guiding and supporting children when they need that extra little bit of care. I can honestly say I could not think of anyone better to do this- jo is perfect. When my two children were small they were always at jo’s house and I could think of no where I was happier for them to be.
I am aware jo is having difficulties at the moment with a certain individual who is trying to blacken her name and I would like to make it clear I am not promoting jo and her business in response to that..... I have always promoted jo’s business from her setting it up! I have the upmost faith in jo and that is why I have shared her page many times on Facebook and I will continue to share it!
