I own several cams
I own several wifi e1 pros and 4g ptz uktra outdoor solar cames. Any issue customer service are on it ty.
On 4g solar cams make sure u have southerly outlook if cam is regularly in use . I used a payg data only ee sim card with 120gb for years access from amazon at £40 . But in my use on campsite with lots of sd card recordings im using approx 1 gb a fortnight at max so plenty for 12 months. Wont subscribe to payg to top up just buy another. One thing need register card after install to monitor useage ee make it difficult on phone.the icloud is good but on 4g uses more data .
All cams are great at notifying me and settings are vast highly recommended .always check settings on each cam !

I have about 25-30 Reolink security cameras mainly, E-1, E-1 Pro, and Lumus. I have been using the cameras for almost 10 years. The app allow you to set up 36 cameras on the screen and can be viewed anywhere, anytime.
Prices were and are still reasonable. I highly recommend Reolink security cameras, i have Blink and YI also, i do not recommend them at all.
Reolink’s Lumus is excellent, i would use it again and again. It has bright light, notification is instant that’s what you want from security camera and audio is excellent.
Customer service is outstanding, i am please with it so get Reolink and you will like 💕 it.
Very disappointed with Reolink BEWARE!!
Very disappointed with Reolink. It have a Reolink Go PT ultra and lo and behold less than one month after the warranty runs out, the device ran an update and now will not charge at all. Now I have been told it is not covered and would cost alot to repair so better off buying another one?!?
Really!! I work in customer service and appalled at the attitude. I understand the warranty process and just hope this isn’t not a ploy to get unsuspecting customers to buy another product when the warranty runs out by sending a rather convenient update buggers up your camera.

Reolink is the best camera i have ever, unstoppable working also in hard weather conditions, firmware always updated and absolute security of video/audio flow is not open from unknown. We purchased 4 cellular/solar security cams from Reolink - and they are amazing devices, worked perfectly - except I made the mistake of assuming the devices worked with wifi. Unfortunately, they do not - and for our use, we needed wifi to be an option.
When we reached out to them to ask about how to solve our dilemma - without hesitation, they offered to replace the 4 cameras with 4 cameras that have the options we needed - no additional charges, just ship other cameras back and they will ship the new ones.
It was so effortless & painless!! One of the best customer service experiences ever!!

They supply a great product line and they don’t force you into a subscription service like a lot of the others. Their products are easy to setup and customisable to suit your individual needs and preferences.

I purchased two Wi-Fi cameras and a Wi-Fi NVR. Both are generally reliable, and I like the image quality. My problem is that when there is a technical issue, getting help (which is pretty good) is a struggle. You call the number, go through an entire recording saying you have been assigned a technician. Then it essentially says, "Sorry, we are busy, and you need to call back". I would suggest shortening the message or allowing customers to leave a message that you return promptly. Of course, ultimately this means you need more technicians!

Camera ok but customer service frustrating
I have had a Reolink camera for 6 years and worked well. I recently bought another that just completely stops working. Contacted customer service and in time told to return but system for return is ridiculous. Told multiple times to go via a portal that never works. Still not been able to return and just daily frustration of being told the same thing. Can’t find a uk number to call. Waste of time and money.

Reolink Cameras Failed to Reconnect After Power Outage
I have two Reolink E1 Pro cameras in our second home 1,400 miles from where I am now. After a power outage last week the cameras didn't come back on line. My other brand outdoor cameras and the Ring security system all came back online after the power was restored. The Reolink cameras need me to be there physically to reboot them. Reolink customer support was chatting with me, but to continue, they asked for a credit card. When I return to our second home I will be changing these cameras out.
