Fast. Smooth. Easy. I loved the idea when they sent out a Local agent to my home. Especially they managed videorecording my apartment and did a good description of my home. This was perfect especially when I'm an expat and have limited time

No proper Communication
The final proper documentation is a plus point.
We face many problems while the deal.
No centralized status updates within all working executives of Renthia.
After occupancy we contacted several times via email and phone but no response.
Some errors in documentation time.
The main issue is proper communication.
