I am happy to rent an apartment from Renthia. The support team are very good and very responsive in a short time. Although the time of my move was the weekend, they were available to help me. There were some problems when I moved, however; they helped to fix them in a short time, and I paid the rent and deposit after the problems were fixed. Also, their electronic system is very good. The agreement and invoice payment is based on an electronic system.

Didn’t expect renting the apartment in the unknown city might be this easy! Renthia is very customer-friendly and the whole process went surprisingly quick.

Search function for new apartment really needs improvement, it's very difficult to sort apartments and find ones you've previously browsed.

It is unacceptable to reduce any amount without showing proof which is invoice. You cannot reduce just emailing me and writing me this;

Really bad and slow response. It was 5 days left until i was going to move from my last appartment and i booked an appartment on Renthia. Well no one responded either the landlord or Renthia so i gave up with no answer when it was just 2 days left! Really dissapointed.

Terrible experience with this company. They threatened to charge if the property was not ready and then after we paid a professional company to have it ready. Renthia did not even turn up.

I think you need to give size of the bedrooms as well as kitchen and bathroom, other than that, your services are brilliant.
