This is a complete scam! I signed up without agreeing to any monthly plan or commitment with this company, and now they keep sending me invoices. I’m not going to pay anything — don’t worry. This is not an honest way to make money
I would like to ask people who is being dehonestly cashed for subscription money, lets go altogether and fill complain against this company. Lets go through fcb.
I still receiving emails from gerechtebody for 100 euro from 2024 they want me to pay. I keep fighting backbecause everything is
really unclear. Lets go to sue them back for this practice.
My sister went to look and now she has outstanding payment since 2024 ahahahah. U can take a chair and wait for her to pay cuz this is not legal. Whatcha gonna do? Go after her in USA and sue her? Gl with that. You get what u give!
Ps: Ur a bunch of scammers low lives!
This is a fraud, when I created an account in the website, they never mentioned anything about paying €30 per month. When I unsubscribed, they sent me an invoice of €30 and keeps on adding €9.95 charge in the next invoice, when I didn't pay.
They're trying to get money from people by not specifying clear information.

Rental rents lured and scammed us into having to pay a monthly subscription, do not use this website, they have been notorious even with previous business to demand money without the proper claims. They have sent emails and letters demanding me to pay.

Okay, here is a positive update about the company.
I am sure they see negative feedbacks about their reputation and service. But they are willing to improve.
And for this, after negotiating, they have found a suitable solution for me, as they promised in trustpilot.
So, my advice is to talk with them and in case of something strange happening, ask for a mutual solution.

Unfair practice! Dark UI Pattern to falsely enroll for subscription. Please avoid!
Enrolling for subscription for just creating an account and sending an invoice for €30. Even on asking to cancel the subscription within14 days, asking to pay the invoice.

Fraud!!! Don't sign your email on their website. Once you signed it they are going to send you bills that you need to pay. I tried to cancel my subscription through their website even when I don't have an account on their website. After I signed in the website and stopped the the automatic subscription by myself, they are still sending emails that I need to pay for the next month. Furthermore their support is nowhere to be found. I texted them multiple times and they didn't respond to at all.

It appeared while I was searching for a new home, and I had to log in out of curiosity to see what it was like. I thought it was a general agreement, but instead, they subscribed me and later charged me 115 euros. There was no notification at all—I only found out about the debt through a letter sent to my old address.
I believe this site was created to scam people, and I will file a criminal complaint. I intend to do everything I can about this matter. When I log into the site and check the subscription section, no invoices appear, and no transactions can be made—it only seems to be designed for charging people unfairly. This is complete FRAUD

It's a scam!!!!!! They charged me 70 euros after I unsubscribed? How do you do this?!

I was looking for the house and I registered at this website. After registration they charged me 60 euros. I get the email saying that I need to pay the outstanding amount. This is a scam.
