Problem resolve, and fast.

Very easy to fill out the form, and the money was deposited into my bank account 2 days later!

Price was fair, and we ended up needing it when we were hit on our return journey! The process of getting a submitting our claim was straight forward, the communication was quick and thorough, and everything was resolved within the month. Very thankful. Excellent coverage.

I've made a full coverage with them and a had an accident. And it was not my fault, but the other vehicle got away. If it wasn't this coverage I would have to pay. They were super fast to pay 100% after I've inserted all the documentation. We sometimes think twice about making these insurances, from now on it will be ALWAYS!

Process was easy and claim process very quick and all online. Money was in my account with 48hrs of submitting claim. I would highly recommend Rental Cover. It is a more economical way to gain peace of mind that you are covered when hiring a car.

I took out a Rentalcover policy to cover a three day car hire and I am very glad I did. The front tyre of the hire car was damaged and needed replacement, and I had to pay out for the tyre. The claims process with Rental cover was very straightforward and amazingly the payout was in my bank account the day after submitting the claim!!

I was dreading having to file a claim thinking it would take months to resolve. I was pleasantly surprised! The claim was filed and paid within 11 days. Thank you RentalCover!

I took RentalCover on a whim for a car rental in Europe. A scratch in the door from a very tight garage exit resulted in a bill of over $3,000. I had low expectations for coverage based on my prior experience with insurers and was pleasantly surprised by the relative ease of filing the claim and even more so by the prompt approval and full payment, all within 2 business days! Would absolutely use RentalCover again!

The process was very straightforward. If you are well-organized and have all the relevant documents ready in digital format (which should always be the case), getting the refund is very easy.

My first time every having to claim for hire car damage, €2250 bill for bumper and headlight damage came through and rental claims had an easy form to fill in, and then two days later confirmed they would pay and getting paid was instant. The exchange rate was a bit unfavourable but I took the euros instead and when I submitted my details the payment was made instantly which was a huge help to pay the bill from the rental company. Would choose these guys every time after this.

Great customer service

Beware! We went with VIP Cars for Crete, VIP suggested we go with Rental Cover (VIP Cars partner) who seemed to offer full insurance. On arrival it turned out that VIP CARS subcontract to another car hire provider who informed us that in the event of a claim the 3rd party will take the cost from us and then we would have to claim it back from Rental Cover. A headache if you're looking to pay for cover to save you the aggravation of having to make an insurance claim yourself.
