So I've been stalking this company for some months or rather it's been stalking me on Facebook for some months. It must of been a matchmaking in the works. I was not disappointed one single bit with the creation of this engagement ring. I'm ecstatic and she's forever over the moon about it. I would order over and over again from this company. I like that they started giving updates and pictures of the ring process. Again thanks for making my moment worth the wait. Took about a month to come, and quality is amazing, actually looks like it did when advertised

On a real note. Excellent customer service! Nora spent over 30 minutes helping me choose the perfect engagement ring, patiently explaining the differences between diamonds and making sure I felt confident in my decision. She also helped ensure my ring could arrive before August 15. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. If you're considering Renaissance Jewel, I highly recommend working with Nora!

When I originally ordered my ring, the one I got was not what I really wanted. I contacted Renaissance and they were kind enough to take that ring back and provide me with the ring that I really had desired. Everything was very smooth. They were very kind I appreciated all their help. I would recommend them highly if you need a ring.

This company is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They lie and make promises they can’t keep. I placed an order on May 29. It is now July 23, and I still do now have my order. First, I was told that I would have my order by June 15. Then I was told I would have it by July 8. Then I will told it would arrive the week of July 20th, and now I’m being told it will be here next week. I was placated by a pair of ruby studs, which you can’t even really see, and all I want is my original order. If you want to spend your money on lies and broken promises, Renaissance Jewelry would be the place. I would not tell my worst enemy to do business with these people. BUYER BEWARE.

Very helpful company..and very thorough. Earrings came with certificate card, and they added pictures of the earrings aswell as updates of what point of the process they were in while making my earrings. Loved that, and will use them again in the future!

Bought an engagement ring, absolutely stunning design and amazing quality work, the process was fast and simple! Pick a band, pick a stone. Just recently got the ring after a relatively quick process time after ordering and it’s amazing, I cannot wait to show my future fiancé . The site has some of the best prices I’ve seen when searching online or brick n mortar shops, plus they have frequent deals/sales going on so I wouldn’t hesitate if you see something you like

Got a 5 stone lab grown diamond band to celebrate the birth of our son! It is absolutely gorgeous and worth the wait. While you wait for the ring to be made, there’s an online portal to help you track exactly each step of the process with pictures of your ring.

The jewelry was very well made for the price. On top of that, the shipping was also fast and high quality. Will definitely order from them again!
