I was offered a $100 off to activate my membership but then was charged full price. I called and emailed immediately but they would not credit the $100 or allow me to cancel the prescription. I wouldn't deal with this company.

Remedy has been a great weight loss journey
Remedy has helped me achieve my weight loss goal within 4 months. It is a lil pricey but worth it when you can talk to a clinician anytime. They are great about answering your questions and very helpful.

Expect a phone call, not video call.
This is a great service. They listen, respond quickly, and address all needs, They are quick to refill prescriptions, and the shipping is fast from the compounding pharmacy. When you schedule your appointments, they say they're video appointments but make sure you answer your phone: all appointments I've had have been by phone not video.

RemedyMeds gives excellent customer service all around

When calling, had to call about four times over last six months, there was no holding time, they are right on it, answering your questions, with great customer service. I am amazed at such excellent service.
