There was a delay in my order of coffee. I got in touch with them and they sent me the delivery again. I got two deliveries and was allowed to keep both. Thank you.

There is more though, they offer a variety of coffee from different countries and state when the coffee was roasted. This does not occur at all places in the northeast. The coffee is fresher in my subjective eyes.

For these two reasons as well as reasonably priced, relish coffee is five stars.

A good offer, but process was a bit erratic. The 'voucher' was for a present, but getting something tangible to enclose in a Christmas card seemed problematic.

As always the coffee was very fantastic.
I was disappointed the coffee bag had popping inside the packaging and some of the beans were loose.

Online order which was easy to do, took a wee while to arrive but beans perfect! Had a great in store experience trying various coffees and now topping up my supply!

I was slightly disappointed with my online purchase. I ordered online to collect in store. When I visited the store to collect, I was told my coffee was not ready for collection as it was still roasting and would be ready the following evening. This information was not given when I placed my order. When I collected the following evening, the coffee I was given had the roasting date on the bag as being roasted 7 days earlier.

I treated my daughter to a coffee roasting experience with Polat at Relish. It was a great day. polat was an encouraging and supportive teacher of all she asked about. She and he planned the day together so it was tailored to her particular coffee passions. I cant recommend this experience highly enough. The experience included a light lunch and was bookended by coffees, They found time for experimenting with some different brewing methods too. She came away with three different coffee bean packs which she had created herself from bean to packing. All thanks to Polat and his staff. Thank you guys.

I usually get three bags of beans and then create my own 'house' blend with them. Which is - for purists a little bit cheeky/sacrilegious, however it makes the brew that I really enjoy. If you are interested, beans of French roast with Brazilian and Peruvian come together to make my morning cup. I have a cafetiere with semi skimmed milk. This blend produces a mild, choclately, blend with creamy nutty notes - get me! There are more combinations and new flavours that Polat and the team are introducing which are worth exploring and I will experiment with other blends of beans. Great service from people who clearly love their coffee and all things caffeine related.

Despite me ordering on a bank holiday weekend everything turned up promptly and freshly roasted and well packaged First class service

Did not receive order for two weeks.Coffee beans smelt old and stale though tasted just ok.

If errors are made, they have always been willing to correct them quickly.

Staff really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The India Monsoon Malabar is really smooth, great flavour.

I would often walk past this place the past year or so since I moved here thinking oh that looks like a nice little coffee shop (which it is btw!).
Anyway what I didn't realise is how many roasts and variations of coffee you can buy in any grind you so desire. It's led to me trying all-sorts I'd never have had usually. I'll never use the supermarket again for my coffee! To top it all off it is a very good price!

After being introduced to Relish by a life long friend living in Monkseaton their decafe in my humble is extraordinary. I longed to find a decafe that tasted like 'proper' coffee.... Bingo! And then I was introduced to Nicaraguan Peaberry by another lifelong friend when we met up earlier this year in Whitley Bay and a beautiful coffee it is and I now order a couple of packs along with my monthly order of decafe. Excellent coffee, excellent value in opinion.
