Good tv very nice good service

Bought a washing machine it is excellent with lots of space , very quiet even on the spinning and quick wash and cloths are washed well and I love it!

Delivered when they said they would, plenty of updates, we were fully informed, lovely well mannered delivery person,whole experience was very good.

I ordered a washing machine on the 7th May. Unfortunately there was a mix up and I never ended up receiving my washing machine. Spoke with a kind gentleman named Anthony and he sorted it all out for me.

Delivery was a bit delayed otherwise service was great

So easy to order was kept up to date on where the order was the driver rang to say i was next stop and was delivered right on time with a smile

i paid for the machine to be fitted and tested ,however it was fitted but not tested properly as they would have noticed the rubber seal
on the door was faulty , i emailed them with photos straight away and had no reply for 3 days , i contacted paypal for a refund im waiting for the outcome

I am still waiting for delivery as they arrived on the appointed day - 2 hours late - and then couldn’t open the back of the lorry to get the appliance out and then just drove off without a word of explanation.

I didnt receive the product but its showing order completed. I called for refund they said it will be issued in 4-5 days but i didnt get it , already 10 working days gone.

Despite having a broken item delivered through no fault of Reliant, they were very quick to resolve the issue and ensure I was a happy customer! Would definately use this company again

Washing machine delivered 12 May. Did the cleaning cycle as advised.
Next did a wash fine, same on Thursday and Friday but on each occasion water was in the drum so i did a spin first to get rid of it all. On Monday morning I opened the door to put washing in and the amount of water after not using it for two days. completely flooded my kitchen. The machine has constantly being filling with water when not in use. Plumber told me it is a faulty inlet valve . I emailed Reliant as phone line is not for customer service strangely. No reply, emailed again, nothing. Phone this afternoon and got told to email , eventually after about 10 minutes on the phone, the advisor said she would email me return details. She did and stated machine must be suitably packaged or carrier won't take it and I have to take photos and show them the packaging. How the hell am I supposed to package a washing machine! Especially a faulty one that I am having to send back through no fault of my own
