Large capacity and an excellent product…

Large capacity and an excellent product for the price. It doesn't make any annoying noise while cooling, and there's no ice buildup inside. Fast delivery service and a friendly, professional worker who delivered and unsealed it expertly.

Poor delivery service

I ordered my fridge on the fifteenth.It was due to arrive in 2-4 working days, i was messaged the night before by the delivery company arrow xl which said, we will deliver the delivery between eleven forty five and two forty five and on the following evening, I received a text message at roughly 5:10 saying that they were unable to deliver it. I spoke with somebody on the phone and they said they would schedule for it to be delivered in a week's time.And I still haven't received it

Shocking customer service and lack of refund

I brought a washing machine back in May, the machine was faulty. I messaged them and got a good response, initially. It was arranged that the machine would be collected and I'd be given a replacement. I waited in all day, nothing! Two weeks later another day was rescheduled for collection. I again waited in all day. Only for the washing machine to be collected, no replacement. Nearly three weeks later, I still haven't had a refund and they are no longer responding to my emails. That is now 7 weeks without a washing machine or refund.

Friday freezer come one day and they…

Friday freezer come one day and they never tried to take it off the .
They then delivered it day after my mouth shopping turned up. So lost all the freezer food and all I received was my next day delivery refund and said it's not are problem 😔 😔 and

No Contact, No Customer Support

I bought a fridge freezer for my business and it arrived on time but damaged underneath so it’s not standing upright. I tried to call numerous times but kept being told by a machine that all agents were busy. Emailed customer support and it’s now 4 working days and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’m now stuck with a product that I’m not sure whether to use or not.

Following your reply to my review I’ve done what you asked and it’s another 4 working days without anyone getting back on my email. I’m currently stuck with a fridge freezer I can’t use in this hot weather. This is ridiculous that you ignore your customers. I strongly recommend that you don’t do any business with this company.

Ideal ‘overflow’ freezer for the garage, which is working well. One star knocked off as communication not great. I wasn’t going to be home for the delivery slot, but despite two emails they still attempted a delivery. Rebooking took several days as my email went unanswered and the office was closed when I tried to phone (on a day when it should have been open). But we got there in the end and the delivery guys were great!
