How does this company keep going? Almost every parcel I’ve purchased through Vinted seems to be sent via Relay and is either late or lost. The current package has been waiting 6 days to be collected.... See more

Worst courier company in the history of life
I'm surprised you guys are getting your orders. Ordered something off Vinted on the 15th and the tracking process on the package has been stuck on "Courier collected your parcel" for 20 days now, tried contacting customer service but they are absolutely nonexistent and never get back to you. Expected parcel is probably lost and now I have to wait Until the back end of this month to claim a refund.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Left my parcel four hours after the estimated time slot outside a communal front door which is on a busy main road - not a safe place. Didn't even ring my doorbell. I am disabled so it was impossible to retrieve the parcel anyway.
Extreme Delivery Failure
Extreme Delivery Failure – Package Left Outside & Stolen! This is absolutely unacceptable. This is not the first time this courier has completely failed to deliver securely. The driver simply dumped my package outside a neighbour's door in a public/communal area, snapped a photo, and walked away. No attempt was made to knock on my door or find a safe place. By the time I checked the photo, the package was completely gone and stolen. Leaving parcels exposed in high-traffic areas is negligence, not delivery. Absolutely terrible service, and I expect a full refund immediately.
Parcel was thrown over our garden wall, not even our parcel
Parcel was thrown over our back garden wall, nearly landing in our toddlers paddling pool and the parcel isn't even for us! It is for our neighbors! Please ensure the garden actually belongs to the deliveree, and also, throwing it over walls, it could have landed on our 1.5 year old toddler!
Shocking service
Shocking service, Never attempted to deliver saying tried twice and failed so returning my parcel back to the sender. We are a hotel so they is people around all day
Tracking service is rubbish.
If I could give 0 I would
If I could give 0 I would. Didn't even look at my delivery instructions of safe place. Just dropped it on doorstep where everyone could see it. Wasn't in and has now disappeared! Thanks Relay. Wouldn't use you if I had the choice.
If I could rate this a zero I would do…
If I could rate this a zero I would do that, the delivery driver delivered my parcel to a completely different location and made me walk round for hours looking for my parcel till today I haven’t gotten my parcel
They need to be put out of business
Absolute disgrace they don’t even knock your door they just leave the parcels anywhere they want I’ve reported you to trading standards 🤬🤮🤢
Could knock on the door first instead…
Could knock on the door first instead of leaving parcel on door step in full view caught him on my ring doorbell he took a photo
Shitty service
Words cant describe how shitty this service is. I love ordering from asos, but i have no idea why they keep sending their stuff through relay because they clearly can't do their job. Why am I paying £4.50 for a delivery if you can't deliver to my front door?! Instead everytime I received a parcel from asos delivered through relay, I have always had to collect it from a pickup point because they can't do their job right! The one time they managed to get to my building they just left the package on the lockers in the mail room of my building and then sent a notification to my phone saying its been delivered to the door. Like what the hell???? Do you hire delivery drivers with 0 common sense??? Absolutely shitty service. I have no problem with any of the other services getting into my building (amazon, evri etc). Judging from other reviews you should be shut down for good!!!
Bought a pair of jeans on Vinted
Bought a pair of jeans on Vinted. I can’t actually even remember choosing this delivery company. When I got the message that it was relay, I knew that they were going to go missing. The driver took it to the wrong postcode and wrong road name, however I’ve got to give it to him at least the door number was correct 🤣. I contacted the driver to support him, he ignored me. Contacted relay. They took almost 3 weeks to reply with a resolution. The resolution was contact Vinted. Wow. What’s it got to do with Vinted!? Why should they pay for your mistake?
Please do everything you can to not use this company.
Awful, no updates, no parcel
Awful, no updates, no messages, no parcel, couldn't be any worse!
Stick to Evri, these are absolutely useless

5 days but all ok
Sold an item in Vinted and buyer sent a Relay shipping label. I'd never heard of Relay. Tracking showed pickup but nothing for 4 days then in 5 day it was travelling for hours and I decided to look up reviews and thought 'oh dear'. But it arrived, day 5, ready to collect notification. Knocked a star off bcs tracking not great and not very quick but did arrive ok, didn't need a printer to send and worked out OK.
