This has been by far the worst delivery…

This has been by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. My delivery window kept changing throughout the day—it was initially scheduled for between 11:00 and 17:00, then moved to 17:30–19:00, and later changed again to 19:20–21:15. At this rate, it feels like my parcel is never going to arrive.

The constant delays and lack of reliability are completely unacceptable. I genuinely thought Evri was the worst courier service, but this company has managed to be even worse. I will never use this unprofessional delivery company again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid them as well.

Awful Awful Awful!!!!!!

Awful Awful Awful!!!!!! If i could give a zero I would. Rubbish communication and tracking. Should let know that companies should not use them. In the future if i know delivery with them I would cancel order

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is the second order I’ve had through Shein using them and both times they didn’t even bother to knock the door. I have footage of today where the girl didn’t even come towards the door and just put it next to the bins outside and walk off after taking a picture of the front door. Both times I was sat inside watching them. Delivery instructions state to hand to someone and not leave anywhere! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Dont use this courier

Dont use this courier. Lost parcel again. Keeps saying in transit and its on its way. Been 15 days in total so far today and no update (08.07.2026) . Reached out to them to be told you have to wait 24 days to claim compensation from VINTED, Wont be using this service again.

Won't use again…

I gave them details of where to leave parcel, then although my door to porch was wide open they said they came but couldn't deliver it. Fast forward two days got a message they were delivering so opened front door as well as porch door so I knew they were there. Because my dog barked even though there was a gate there and she doesn't bite, just likes to say hello, I stood on doorstep and went to take parcel. He would not come anywhere near my gate he was looking backwards and forwards round my neighbours part of the property I saw him 3 times go to leave it somewhere else right in front of me on said property even though my hand was held out to take it. I had to shout in the end for him to deliver to my address. He still nearly missed my hand. I thought Evri was bad but this was shockingly rude and annoying. I really wanted to give 0 and will not use shops who use this company again.

Delivery driver left package outside my…

Delivery driver left package outside my block. Then when confronted about it, he started swearing and becoming abusive. The driver was delivering packages on a moped with the packages resting on his lap unsecured. Avoid this company like the plague.

Absolutely abysmal service

Absolutely abysmal service, numerous deliveries marked as delivered when not with a picture of a closed building or a random street & a close up of the parcel not actually proving delivery. Maybe a cheaper option but you are highly unlikely to get your parcel at all. Avoid at all costs

Always good experience with this courier

Always have good experience with this delivery company. When my orders are delivered by Relay - they arrive on time and in good condition. Today my driver couldn't get into my building at first so he rang me as i was not at home. He then kindly tried few options i sugested until one of them worked and he could leave my parcel safely in the mail room.

Never thought there’d be a worse…

Never thought there’d be a worse courier than evri but these are 10x worse wow, I don’t understand how they pass any regulations, they have ‘lost’ countless of my vinted parcels now and will never choose them as a courier again

I was waiting all day all day for a…

I was waiting all day all day for a parcel I was following the tracking on my phone when it got to that he would be there in 10 to 20 minutes I went down to meet him outside as I live in a flat to make it easier for him to deliver
The Relay delivery man walked into the car park"" he didn't drive in"" he looked up at the building and turned around and left he did not come to the door
I looked at my phone and everything had been wiped off and it said ""unable to deliver""
I was sat there waiting he didn't come near the door
It has now been to be re delivered this is unacceptable and caused me stress

Waited all day for delivery

Waited all day for delivery , expected time of delivery kept changing on app up to 7.35 still not received, now showing delivery failed, NO they didn’t come , now going to deliver in 2 days time ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Totally useless company

Totally useless company. Sat in all day waiting for a parcel. Then late pm told you are the next delivery. Then status changed to by 20:45. Then told parcel delayed for 2 days 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolute load of rubbish

Absolute load of rubbish! Totally unreliable delivery company. They either lose the parcels completely or they mix them up. Removed them as a delivery option from my Vinted account now. Wish I’d done it sooner!

Awful service!!

Parcel was not at the shop to be collected, messaged multiple times requesting assistance from relay and had nothing back yet, it’s been days. The parcel is lost, awful delivery service, avoid!!
