I would rate them 0 star if I could. Two companies I ordered from this week used relay and neither order arrived. The first went to the wrong address and the second said delivery unsuccessful, when I was at home waiting and they didn’t even attempt. I am raging and think they ought to be shut down

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. If I could rate 0 stars I would. My building has a 24/7 concierge and they didn’t even try, just marked my parcel as undelivered and returned it to the sender. Have contacted customer service which they say they aim to respond to within 72 hours and it’s been a week and nothing. I actively don’t buy from websites that use Relay. Awful.
Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. 2 packages in the last week were delivered to wrong address. Found one of them but the other i had no clue, as the photo could of been anywhere! Also the one I found was obviously at a different no in my close and not left in a safe place as requested! Very poor indeed.
I'd never heard of Relay
I'd never heard of Relay, but they we auto-added to my Vinted shipping options. The parcel has not been delivered and has now gone missing. I've now removed them as a shipping option and would not recommend them.

1 month delivery window, need I say more. I will check next time who the courier is before I purchase.

I'd give this company 0 star if available. I absolutely detest this company with a passion. I dread seeing a parcel is coming with them. You can't plan to be in for the delivery as you'll get a 3 hour time slot that they repeatedly change throughout the day. Wish people would boycott this company!!
Absolutely useless
Had a message a day before saying that my parcel was due to be delivered and did I have any specific delivery instructions... i said "use the letterbox or leave in shed"
This was totally ignored in fact the driver never even bothered to enter the property... he took a photo outside my garden gate, opened the gate and threw the parcel on top of cardboard that was due to go for recycling.. then they sent me photos of my gate and the recycling as proof of delivery, claiming it was "left in shed"
Messaged Relay for explanation, after struggling to find any clue on their website, apparently "Complaint" is not a word they recognise!
No reply which is hardly surprising!
Probably cheaper to not use Relay and simply put your parcel directly in the recycling to save time and money
Dupe you into not having home delivery…
I pay extra on Vinted for home delivery so I don’t have to look through piles of parcels. Relay send multiple (more than 3 a day) texts and emails to try and get you to say that instead of home delivery the parcel should go to a local pick up point. The first time I was distracted and thought I had paid for delivery to a shop and they were just asking for confirmation so I clicked on deliver to local store. They badger you to do this for their convenience.
Two parcels currently lost in transit…
Two parcels currently lost in transit at various stages, one is with the courier according to tracking and has been for 3 weeks, the second is with Relay awaiting a courier to pick up and has been for 2 weeks. Emailed in and no response for 3 weeks.
If you need or want a delivery, you're best off not using Relay as I'm not convinced that they're even a real company at this point

It would be 0 stars. They are worst than evri and that’s shocking to type. Deliver my order to another area and can’t even contact anyone to get it back. Absolutely shit delivery service
This company is so useless and unprofessional
This company is so useless, unprofessional, incompetent and lies a lot. I believe they are even worse than Evri. I have lost count of how many times they left my items unattended to outside my house and some gone missing due to that reason. I have an instruction note on my door asking delivery drivers to knock loudly and wait 1 minute before dropping my item in my garden when I am not home. I even described how to locate my garden, but most of their delivery drivers will just knock and not wait up to 10 seconds before leaving my item unattended to outside.
I already provided the details of my Safe place on their platform as my Garden because of them leaving my items outside and they confirmed this via their message on WhatsApp. I was expecting a delivery today, only for the driver to knock and then drop my item outside my door again in less than 10 seconds, I noticed he was still around the neighbourhood and asked him why he couldn't wait and just left my item outside unattended to and this driver lied to my face that I said on their platform that my item should be left outside, then when I told him he was lying because I get message update from Relay via WhatsApp about the Safe place option I choose and would never ask that my item be left outside, he suddenly couldn't repeat same thing and just shrugged his shoulder and said I don't know before getting into his car and drove off. He obviously couldn't be bothered.
We pay for delivery fee so our items can be delivered with care, but this incompetent company and drivers don't care about people's items, they don't follow instructions and don't care if your items goes missing. All the drivers care about is how many items they can complete within few minutes, and to make matters worse they don't allow you to give them proper review, which means they won't improve anytime soon. This is so terrible!

Received notification emails from Relay & Vinted informing me that my order was ready for collection.
Been to the shop Nalla’s Convenience Store twice on Thursday 9th July & Friday 10th July. Their opening times are advertised as 24/7.
It seems as if they have done a moonlight flit because all the shutters are down etc. Their phone is switched off too..
I’m fuming because I can’t contact Relay either.. How are they allowed to get away with this?!

Delay not Relay
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Relay should seriously consider changing its name to Delay – it would be far more accurate.
Most recently, I had two parcels in a row where the sellers dropped them off at the Relay collection point on time, but the Relay courier didn't collect them until almost a week later. That is simply unacceptable.
Around 6 out of 10 parcels handled by this company are either delayed, lost, or stuck somewhere with no updates.
The most frustrating part is that I don't always have a choice of courier. When I buy items online, for example through Vinted, the seller sometimes uses Relay. Every single time I've had to rely on Relay, there have been delays, parcels going missing, or other delivery problems. I honestly can't remember a single parcel arriving on time and without issues.
This is by far the most unreliable courier company I've ever dealt with. If you have a choice, avoid Relay and use a different delivery service.
Update;
Another parcel has gone missing. It's been over two weeks since it was due to be delivered, and there's still no trace of it. This is extremely disappointing.

Remove them off your vinted deliveries ASAP! 2 parcels Ive sent have gone missing in the past month, then my partner has had a relay go missing during this time too! What are the chances, 3 separate parcels not being delivered by relay. No issues with InPost or the evri’s that have been sent, only issues with relay. Judging by the other reviews they are clearly not fit for purpose.

Absolute joke of a company. Sent a parcel that I sold on vinted on a Monday, by Wednesday the following week the tracking was still showing that I'd not sent it. The buyer requested a cancellation through vinted, which meant I'd lost the value of the item. You'd be better off catching a town pigeon and strapping the parcel to that than use these clowns.
I contacted customer services twice to resolve the issue, and I've still not heard back.
To the buyers credit, when it eventually reached him after two weeks, he reached out to arrange payment.
First and last time I'll send anything with these incompetent clowns.
