Shocking company
Shocking company! 2 delivery attempts failed although both times I was at home! Probably couldn't be asked to deliver because was out of their way or something!!! Shame companies sign contracts with them. And then customers suffers. Which doesn't look good on company you purchasing from.

I had been waiting from a parcel from Temu,and It has been taking ages xxx then i got a message that their courier had delivered my parcel and with a photo of a building behind my block of FLATS. The driver had delivered to the wrong place,i wrote to their customer services,they replied and said they Will investigate and yet have not Heard from them hopefully they Will get intouch tomorow. Im really angre apart from the time i was waiting ,i owe Temu £17 nearly 18 for something i havent recieved. Disgusting.😡

9 working days + w/end for a Parcel!!
It's taken 9 working days for a puzzle to arrive from Vinted, every time it's Relay the parcels take a ridiculous amount of time to arrive, the collection shop I use the staff are rude, loads of parcels all over the floor. The Relay lockers outside are frequently full & don't get collected over the weekend by Relay. Absolute joke, puts me off using Vinted. Sorr your act out Relay!!

The customer service is basically non-existent. While the shipping price may seem cheap, it can end up costing you much more if something goes wrong.
I used Relay through Vinted. My parcel was collected on 28th June and no-mid July, and there has been no tracking update since. I've tried contacting Relay's customer service multiple times but have received no response. Vinted has also been unable or unwilling to help.
I understand that delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and customer support is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend using this service if your parcel is valuable or time-sensitive.
What a Scam
What a Scam, pay for delivery to my house. However they send a WhatsApp asking/forcing you to confirm delivery to a pickup point... This pick up points are also scammy shops selling dodgy vapes and etc...
Never ending relay
This company is very good at sending conflicting template messages. Not so good at delivering packages. Still waiting.
Parcel in transit for 4 weeks and then returned to sender
My vinted barcode was scanned by the shops mobile phone on 13th June 2026
For about 4 weeks, tracking showed as "in transit" or "on its way" multiple times. I was then notified that it couldn't be delivered (no reason given) & that it would be returned to my drop off point.
I have collected it this morning 13th July 2026) and a lady trying to send a parcel was unable to do so. We both commented on the courier service and I said that people were choosing Relay because I believed it was a cheaper option. The counter server confirmed this.
Both myself and the intended recipient are dissatisfied with Relay's service (or lack thereof) & will not be using them again. If you haven't worked out the logistics, don't accept the packages!
Parcel left outside front door on two occasions.
Shein parcel should have been delivered in my safe place (On their records). On two occasions. Two orders left outside front door on full view to people passing. Relay courier put on his delivery notes. Left in covered porch. We don’t have a covered porch.
They lost my packages
They lost my 1 of my packages, the 2 second one arrived after 23 days( damage, the box was torn and missing some things). Not a great company, and not ordering through them.

If there is zero rating I will boldly give this relay people. I can manage a late delivery but it’s the boldness to deliver my parcel to a wrong address and took the picture of the person entirely different from me obviously and still sent me the pictures to my email address. Unfortunately you can’t get hold of them. Avoid this relay people by all means very incompetent service
Relay copilot delivery service

My name is Muhammad Usman I have had an email saying I am of the waiting list for the relay copilot couriers services but now I am unable to do the documents as the app is just showing the logo and not loading but on my brothers phone it is going through but I need to use my own phone.
So I’m not really happy about that.

At this point, I think this company is a scam. Why is there no way to contact them, why is it taking so long to deliver a parcel locally? They either deliver late or dont deliver at all. I gave 1 star because I had no choice, you deserve no stars.

I have been trying to get help from Relay for over a week, and it's been an incredibly frustrating experience.
My parcel was marked as having a "failed delivery attempt," despite me being at home all day, and since then it has remained stuck with no meaningful updates. It has now been over a week since it was first marked as out for delivery.
The most disappointing part has been the lack of customer support. I've tried every available contact option, submitted a support request on 6 July, and received no response, despite the website stating that enquiries will be answered within 72 hours. There doesn't seem to be any way to speak to a real person, making it almost impossible to get an issue resolved.
Delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I simply wanted an update on my parcel, but after more than a week, I'm still no closer to getting one.
Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Relay until they improve both their delivery reliability and their customer support.
