Love the concept of the "wedge" and the comfort as it works well used -- but the cover (not quite a case) zipper was sewn into the zipper channel so that it is 100% unremovable. I even took it to a professional seamstress who said "it's unfixable" --- but what I hate the most is not being able to contact them. The bogus email address is REFUSING to accept communications from "the server" (which Outlook is telling me is deliberate). Shameful CHINESE business lying that they are American. DO NOT SUPPORT these charlatans!

Easy to order. Didn't take long to get here. Very satisfied with the product.

I am very pleased with the pillow in ordered. I spefically bought it to deal with an acid reflux condition. At first I was sceptical. But it works and is very comfortable.

I ordered and paid for two mattresses and you sent only one!I didn't know how to get hold of you either. I want what I paid for...immediately! I have the receipt! I am an honest an and i would not cheat you! Check with Amazon if you like! They delivered just one product!
