One of my things in the order was delivered already used. They promptly replaced the item with a new unused product. No problem. Just great customer service.

I received the Rejuvacare units a few days ago and I've used them twice. My feet felt better after and the treatments helped my feet feel better immediately. I still need to learn more about them but I feel they'll help my pain and swelling once I use them on a daily schedule.

I have been using my Rejuvacare FootRenew 2.0 units on both ankles daily for less than a week and have been able to see and feel the difference immediately. Swelling has been reduced dramatically and the appearance of my lower legs and feet have returned to what would be considered to be normal. I also am taking the Total Beets tablets by mouth daily and applying Rejuvacare Lymphaderm cream topically to what was once the swollen areas of my feet and legs. I am very happy with the results of this regimen and recommend it highly to anyone and everyone who has been suffering from Lymph-edema symptoms.

After my doctor helped me get rid of the swelling in my feet, I tried to cancel my order. It was said to already be sent. Trying to receive a return address has been an issue. They've offered me 40% off, but I don't want the products nor have they been opened. Make sure you just don't need a good cleansing before you buy any products from this company. I have requested 15 times a return address or label, with no help. So, trust me don't trust a snakeoil salesman and think it'll help or their customer service department will.

I am 70 years old and don't often order items online. I'm always afraid of scams, bad products or using my credit / debit card online. I had a severe Gout attack and was in the hospital from December 8th - January 20th. Both my feet / ankles swelled the size of melons and hurt so bad, I could not walk and used a wheelchair. I purchased the foot and leg massagers, in March 2026, and I really like them. The vibration and heat helped. I take meds now so I don't have another attack, but I can use the massagers at any time for relief of arthritic pain. I purchased the rejuvacare Triple Method Shoulder massager. I didn't realize that there would be a subscription required. Never opened the product and started seeing the monthly charges. I travel frequently and the "90 day money back guarantee" expired. Pretty deceptive advertising and have also observed that they have been reported to the BBB for the same practices. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this sham.

Using the units on my feet have helped immensely even though I might not have time everyday. It has slowed down the progression of the neuropathy. Customer service is always their when I've needed them and extremely cordial. Ordering the units is simple and I received them in three days. Great shipping team. Now my wife is trying them. Supper product

These are better than I expected. So easy to put on, variable vibration, warmth to loosen up the tightness in your feet/ankle/calves . They feel great. Just 20min while watching my favorite show and I get up feeling refreshed and energized. It's now part of my daily routine; once in the morning to get ready to tackle work, then again after a long day to release all the tension of a busy day.

I am just beginning to use this therapy tool and it is too early for me to assess it’s effectiveness yet

Amazing Product!! I use it everyday to ease my shoulder pain. I have arthritis and a possible rotator cuff issue. This has helped tremendously and I highly recommend this. Don't get surgery! Try this first. The heat and massage feels wonderful!

Had frozen shoulder. Wore rejuvacare as directed. Took about a month to help completely dissipate. No PT or ointments. Highly recommend.

Good product, good quality. Delivery was reasonably good. Came along way. My main complaint is lack of charger for vibration units. I live in UK but none of my chargers work. Trying to contact someone about it is not an easy task.

the actual product is well made. the directions on how to wear it and how to connect the straps needs to be improved. It took three different days to figure it out and I'am a carpenter! all the materials in the box are very well made. the only thing I would improve would be to make the Velcro pieces longer. instead of 2" it would make the strap connection stronger by making the Velcro 3.5 to 4 inches in length!

I used the Triple action shoulder massager with my tore rotator cuff. After using it for two months everyday ,it feels great and I don't foresee having surgery or a long recovery. Thank You

Recieved item for shoulder pain, did absolutely nothing for me, then when I inquired abt returning was given run around, offering me 50% credit which I declined, should have taken because had to pay shipping for return!! Then had to email then copy of return and now over 60 days no refund!!! So if you order complain and maybe you’ll get some $$$ back!!!

I received my rejuvecare shoulder device a couple of weeks ago, I started wearing it twice a day for 15 minutes. I'm 57 yrs old ,I've been paralyzed from chest down for 30 years,using my wheelchair had took a toll on both my shoulders but my left shoulder was the worst ,constant pain and clicking noises. I could barely sleep on my left side.Since I started using my rejuvecare my left shoulder pain is almost gone. My range and motion is almost back to normal. I went to my sports medicine doctor yesterday for my 3 month follow up and she couldn't believe the improvements. I told her I stopped the pain medicine and pulled up rejuvecare on my phone for her after she asked what I've been doing, she told me she was wondering did it work because she's the team doctor for a soccer team and she keeps seeing the players using the shoulder, knee ,hip and back devices. I laughed because she said sometimes she see players wrapped in all the devices at the same time after practices for pain relief. She told no more 3 month appointments, just make an appointment if I need anything from now on. That's $ saved on time,gas,and copays for meds and doctor visits ( Win Win) for me.My quality of life in the wheelchair has truly changed drastically in a couple of weeks thanks to this device ,I'm so glad I found it while just scrolling on Facebook and taking a chance on it.

The product is fine. Your order process leaves a lot tone desired. I was charged for three items one of which I never ordered or wanted. The major item with thermal light is working well. I am still waiting for my pillow

so far - science sounds excellent and approach makes lots of sense. Just have to try it out and see if it actually works for me.
