Wir bedauern, dass Sie mit dem gelieferten Reifendatum (DOT 2022) nicht zufrieden sind. Die gelieferte Ware entspricht den aktuellen Qualitäts- und Lagerstandards – Reifen mit einem Herstellungsdatum von bis zu 36 Monaten gelten in der Branche in der Regel als neuwertig, sofern sie fachgerecht gelagert wurden.
Sie haben von uns auch eine E-Mail erhalten, damit wir den Sachverhalt klären können.

Incredibly bad shopping experience
Incredibly bad shopping experience. I ordered complete alloy wheels, but some arrived without balancing weights. Instead, the weights were stuck to the packaging. I filed a complaint and have been waiting six weeks for a resolution (still no answer). This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I will never order from here again.

In their reply (May 12) they promised to take that seriously and contact me as soon as possible... No one has contacted me so far :-) That tells everything about their service...
In the mean time I went to a local car repair station. They measured all tires. Even the weights of the tires that contained weighs where wrong.
Conclusion: Never by a complete tire or at least trust that they are correct. You need to check that in a local car repair station.

Everything run well (order, payment, Tracking of delivery) except the delivery itself with DPD. The DPD guy threw me the tires on the feet…
