Tried to cancel an order and my emails were ignored. Then got the tires and tried to send them back and they don't reply to my emails. Tried calling and both times waited 40 minutes on the line with no answer. Opened a dispute with Paypal and the seller is saying that I have to pay 50€ to return 2 tires because their return policy is different than Reife.de. This guys take absolutely no responsibility for your purchases. Don't use their website!
I'm a foreigner in Germany and it was difficult to find good winter wheels for my car for a good price. Reifen.de is fast, clear, easy and informative. I'm fully satisfied with my experience at reifen.de
I would prefer to pay online through the Reifen.de site with Paypal but via email and bank, its not such a big deal.
