Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I ordered a set of winter tires on November 3rd. Their policy asks to allow 8 to 9 days after order date for delivery. On the 9th day after the purchase, I wrote an email on their customer service system stating I had not received my tires as well as no tracking information. The reply came 2 days later asking me if I had received the tires, which up to today I still haven't. I have written several emails and even through their WhatsApp system to which I still have not received any answer. On the 23rd of November I went to PayPal to request my full refund. As per PayPal policy I have to allow them to respond until December 12. I am still waiting on a resolution after spending 800 euros with this company. I was simply trying to save 60 euros for the same tires at another website and now it's costing even more as I will have to pursue with my attorney. These people are ridiculous, you call their number and exactly after 10 minutes on hold you receive an automated message saying to call them again because they're busy. I mean, how many employees do they have? Only 1?!?! Please avoid these company as they will simply get your money and you will not receive your goods nor a simple response about the status.

Perfect except the delivery time!
Everything as always good ordering, paying went all well. Reifen Pneus has shipped the items very same day of order or directly the next day. Unfortunately DPD took 8-9 days to deliver the tires. That was the only negative experience.

they sent me an email with an answer related to a different order and costumer. I have asked for correction and clarification and I still didn't receive any answer. I do not have idea where my wheels are.
