This office is an absolute disgrace. For 3 and a half weeks, the first-floor kitchen has flooded daily, and the water taps remain non-functional. Management’s “solution” – granting us access to other floors – is not a compromise; it is inconvenient and a glaring security breach.
The building’s maintenance is non-existent. Broken toilet cubicles are permanently locked on every single floor; in fact, two out of four cubicles on floor one have been out of commission for over a year. Despite this, they have the audacity to hike parking charges twice within the space of a few months.
After a recent increase to £75, they have just increased it again to a staggering £90 per month.
To make this worse, any attempt to raise these valid concerns is met with dismissive, rude emails and zero effort to find a resolution. I have been asking for weeks to receive a response from head office but have received nothing whilst they continue to help themselves to £1,080 of my money for parking every year.
This is an appalling, dilapidated workspace. It is clear that tenant fees and parking charges must be being funnelled directly into the pockets of greedy shareholders while the building literally falls apart. Do not use.

I rented an office for one month. Everything was discussed in advance with a sales manager, and when I started, I immediately received an invoice. I thought it was a mistake and spent several weeks (!) dealing with different contacts (what bureaucracy!) to find out why, according to the system, I still had an outstanding invoice.
Then, in the last week I was there, I was informed that the invoice I had received was for additional charges, including more than €200 for cleaning the office after I moved out, on top of the rental costs and the deposit. It didn’t matter that I had only used the office for one month, everyone is charged the same amount.
I spend a lot of time in co-working spaces and everything is charged (including scanning).
Everything is also very impersonal. No conversations in the coffee kitchen or anything like that.
Very disappointing. I will never use Regus again.

I'm a client of Regus. We moved in July 2025. Since then I come to work very excited cause the atmosphere is so amazing. The other clients are also very friendly we like a small family. The service is great and the staff is super nice. But the best part is the receptionist Mandy. She is always friendly, and so happy. She welcomes you with care and consideration. She is always quick to respond and to assist. She always looks good and well kept and is such a beautiful soul. She is the highlight of my day!!

**Complaint Regarding Regus Management Group, LLC**
I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience with Regus Management Group, LLC, which I believe involved misleading advertising, poor customer service, and unfair billing practices.
When I first signed up for their services a few years ago, Regus indicated that they had business and meeting space available in my area of Bowling Green, Kentucky. This was an important factor in my decision to enroll, since I primarily meet with clients in the Bowling Green area.
However, after signing up and attempting to book meeting space, I discovered that the nearest available location was in Louisville, Kentucky, approximately two hours away. This was not practical for my business or my clients. At first, I assumed there may simply be no availability on the date I selected, but after further research and speaking with Regus directly, I learned that there was no meeting space available in Bowling Green at all, despite their marketing materials indicating otherwise.
Once I realized the services would not meet my needs, I attempted to cancel my account. I sent multiple emails and made repeated efforts to contact the company by phone, but I received little to no response. Months passed while invoices continued to be sent and charges accumulated.
Eventually, after continued attempts to resolve the matter, I was told someone would assist me. That process also took several more months, with little progress and continued delays.
Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I posted an honest review of my experience online. After doing so, someone associated with the company contacted me and suggested that if I removed or retracted my review, they would help resolve the issue. Given my prior experience, I did not feel confident that this would lead to a fair resolution, so I declined.
After refusing to remove the review, I then received a bill for an amount higher than what I believed I owed, along with threats of being sent to collections. I have now received correspondence from a collection agency demanding an even larger amount.
I am a small business owner, and these actions have caused financial stress and concern about damage to my business credit. I believe Regus misrepresented the availability of services, failed to provide adequate customer support, and handled billing and collections in an unfair manner.
I am requesting that this matter be reviewed, that any improper charges be removed, and that collection efforts cease until the dispute is properly investigated.

This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I’m not sure if the issue is their system or how inquiries are handled, but I kept receiving automated email responses with promises that someone would contact me to verify my booking—yet no one ever did.
Nothing seems to function properly. Their website is unreliable, the app doesn’t work as expected, and even the contact numbers lead nowhere. It feels like you’re stuck in a loop of automated replies without any real human support.
Overall, the experience comes across as unprofessional and poorly managed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on their services.

I've been renting here for a little over a year now and I couldn't be happier. The building is perfectly located with a beautiful modern entryway that's always clean and welcoming. My office is bright, comfortable, and very private. The staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly the entire time I've been here. It's a wonderful space and I really appreciate everything about it.

I would have given 5 stars for the security and cleanliness of the offices and the building in general. but the billing department is horrible. the billing department need to do better job. They sent me one-month unpaid rent bill from each month May 2025 to February 2026. It was a back and forth with me sending them my bank statements, paid invoices and the issue was still evolving until March 2026 when I did see that one-month unpaid rent removed but another bill of $ 57 of late fee was sent instead. They finally removed the late fee when i provided them my paid invoice records again. I'm waiting to see what other billing issue they will have at the end of April 2026.
as I'm writing this review, the Germantown location front desk AKA manager of the location I retain to mention her name here does not speak or talk to me because of this billing issue I keep bring to her attention each month. I was fed-up with me having to show them proof of payment each and every time.
she does not reply/ respond to my greetings, she does not great me. She refuses to talk to me period.
In conclusion I love the building I love my office space but they people managing this Germantown location need to do better addressing billing issues since they said they are not processing billing on premises.
