I do not recommend Regus. During the sales process, certain rates and terms were presented to me, but after the first month, additional fees started appearing on my invoices that were not clearly disclosed before I signed the lease.
These charges should have been explained upfront as part of the sales presentation, not discovered after becoming a tenant. My concern is not simply the amount of the fees—it is the lack of transparency between what was promised during the sales process and what was later charged.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering Regus to carefully review every possible fee in writing before signing an agreement.

DO NOT RENT OFFICE SPACE HERE!!!! I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE COVID RENTING FOR 5 YEARS PAID ON TIME. NOW THAT LIFE IS LIFING AND I NEED TO MOVE, THEY WILL NOT LET ME LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING THE FULL MONTHS LEASE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed.
Your current agreement will expire on 31 October 2026. It is a formal, business commitment. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date. You should confirm the end of your agreement through your online account (myregus.com) by going to Account > Products and services > End Agreement. The move from one office to another was great!
Moving from my old office to a larger one was a good experience.
Rami Estephan was very helpful. He explained in detail the new billing. Kendra, the manager at my location, moved my office items to my new office and was available when I needed her help.
Jade, the receptionist, is cordial and helpful.
