My experience with Regus has been extremely disappointing.
They inflated our bills by £2,500 and failed to provide any clear explanation for the charges, despite us asking for one. We were also charged a restoration fee (£400 +VAT) under the agreement, and then an additional restoration fee (£250 + VAT) for just shoe marks on wall , which felt excessive and unfair.
Without our approval they have used out £2500+ deposit against a disputed payment which we have been expecting a response from them. We certainly do not know what these charges are for.
To make matters worse, our account was suspended (Due to AML checks and billing issues which we were trying to resolve) while they continued charging monthly fees. Bear in mind we are their customers for last 4 years and just downgraded to virtual office now.
The only positive part of this experience was the community team, who were generally helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the wider company policies and billing practices feel designed in a way that extracts as much money as possible from customers, with very little transparency or accountability.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Regus to AVOID otherwise read every clause carefully, question all charges, and keep written records of everything.
I will also avoid contacting their customer service. Absolutely useless. Stay away from Regus at all costs otherwise youll loose thousands.

I use the private office service from Regus/Spaces a couple of times a week in the Manchester area. Booking on the app is simple, I've never struggled to reserve an office in the various premises they have in the city centre ( there's four or five within a 15 minute walk). I've been using Spinningfields a couple of times a week since last year and find the Regus staff polite, efficient and very helpful. The main building is very impressive, reception & security staff are professional checking the reservation before letting you through. Regus is always tidy and the private offices I'm given are more than adequate with clean desks, comfortable chairs, wifi & penty of power sockets. The kitchen & bathrooms are always clean too. When not using the private office at Spinningfields I also like the open plan, relaxed, coffee shop feel to the new business lounges at many of the other Spaces locations too.

The community managers are pretty useless and have no ability to help you with anything.
We used them for virtual business address with mail forwarding and they didn't forward a lot of the mail to us.
I am stuck paying for a service I don't use.
AVOID REGUS.
