Regusのスタッフの方の対応やフォローは素早く丁寧とてもよい感じを受けました。組織全体がよく統制されている模様です。
ただし、Regusそのものの制度や手続き自体が、複雑であったり多くてシステマチックな手続きが続く疲れと、心理的ハードルを感じました。
特に、契約締結完了から、スッと利用開始となるかと思いきや、契約後に追加の書類提出が必要になったり本人確認などあり、それができるまで結果サービス利用開始ができず。「契約開始」の意味はなんだったんだろうかと思ってしまいました。また当方はバーチャルオフィス契約でしたが、それにしても、この一つのバーチャルオフィスのためにかなり利用者らがそのシステムに合わせないといけない感じがして（マイページですとか支払い方法ですとか）（一番は、初めに選んだプランとそれに準じた契約期間や解除条件に縛られること）
なかなかにハードルの高いシェアオフィスだとは感じました。
わかっていて契約はしたのですが、ラウンジが小さく来客時に使用しずらいです。特に他の利用者が出入りされると狭いので申し訳なく感じて利用しています。
１７階に行くまでのことではない場合が多いです。
ラウンジへの同席者の人数を２人までにしてもらえると使いやすいでし。商談の場合２人で来社されるパターンもよくあります。事前にわかっていて空いていればコミュニティ会議室を予約しますが、当日お二人の場合があるので。
