very good and high standard of travel…
very good and high standard of travel exists only in Europe. Highly recommend due to customer service and great connections. These are flexible and can be also cancelled 20 minutes before departure. Very good choice for students as well as business travelers.
Gliwice to Warszawa
Just used it to travel from Gliwice to Warszawa and I strongly recommend Business class. Comfy chairs, fresh mint tea and chill
I used to love your services guys
I used to love your services guys. In 3-4 years it became terrible. International bus drivers don't speak any language apart from Slovak. Toilets always out of service. No coffee against as advertised...
Train on board services also became lousy, unpredictable.
Very bed services family of 3
Very bed services family of 3. The reserved 3 different seat and change not possible when u contact them. Ti says direct from Budapest to Wien non stop its is with stop staff is rude and not helpfull waiters are awful snobbish train very dirty and owe anything ele than this if u got other options
customer service showed no compromises…
customer service showed no compromises or goodwill for an obvious mistake I immediately explained to them. very disappointing.
Horrible, do not ride.
Terrible, they never have the right class and always downgrade. They also pretty much never have what their menu offers, and they don't even seat me correctly, and always split me up with my family.
Unacceptable staff behavior and complaint handling
During a RegioJet trip, I was verbally accused of stealing a bottle of water by a staff member who was not the onboard steward and had no responsibility for onboard services.
What made the situation unacceptable was not only the accusation itself, but how the complaint was handled afterward. Customer Care repeatedly minimized the incident, dismissed my explanation, suggested a “language barrier,” and ultimately closed the case stating that I was “only warned,” that the accusation was “just my claim,” and that this was their “final statement.”
Being accused of theft and then having the situation dismissed rather than objectively reviewed is deeply concerning. The tone and handling of this complaint raise serious questions about staff conduct and customer service standards at RegioJet.
Extremely unprofessional train crew
I booked two seats on a train from Pardubice to Prague. When I arrived at my seat, I noticed some ski poles left near my seat by a passenger who had just got off. I tried to pass the poles to the owner (on the platform at the time) but was stopped by a train attendant telling me to bring them on the train.
I gave the belongings to the attendant and thought that was it but the attendant started verbally assaulting me for being proactive in sorting out the situation and continued arguing despite me saying his behaviour was utterly unacceptable and that I wasn't at fault. He even came to me once I got off the train in Prague and continued his verbal assault on the station platform. He only left me alone when the train was leaving.
RegioJet used to be a good company with great service and value but not anymore.
I’ve had several very bad experiences…
I’ve had several very bad experiences with RegioJet. The staff, especially the waiters, are impolite, unfriendly, and often arrogant. Orders can take up to two hours, are sometimes delivered incorrectly, and dirty dishes are left on the table without being cleared.
Although RegioJet is cheap, the service quality is very poor. The staff’s attitude makes you feel unwelcome. Based on my repeated experiences, I would not recommend RegioJet to others.
An absolutely awful service
An absolutely awful service, double booked a load of people on the train, kept having to be moved around. Would not recommend to anyone to be honest.
Don't use their buses when you have a baby
The bus driver in Prague didn't let us take the bus saying he can deny us entry without a baby in the car seat. The bus ticket only mentions that it's recommended to have a car seat, not that it's up to the driver.
Words matter. Use ChatGPT to formulate your bus ticket conditions of you don't have good lawyers. You would go bankrupt with these practices if you operated in a lawsuit friendly country like the US.
Extremely Poor Customer Service and Inhumane Treatment
Yesterday, I traveled with RegioJet from Dresden to Berlin at 18:55 and got off at Berlin Südkreuz. Unfortunately, I forgot my bag on the bus. I immediately contacted RegioJet customer service to ask for help.
The phone agent I spoke to was extremely rude, cold, and completely unprofessional. I politely begged her to contact the driver and ask him to wait for me for just five minutes. Her only response was repeatedly saying “no, no, no” in a harsh and dismissive tone. This call was recorded and can be verified.
This turned into one of the worst experiences of my life. While I was still speaking, the agent abruptly hung up the phone on me.
This situation was critical for two very serious reasons:
• My bag contained essential medication for a chronic illness.
• I had a flight scheduled for 08:00 the next morning and urgently needed my belongings.
Because of the lack of support, I was unable to take my medication and had to buy replacements at extremely high prices, as no doctor was available in Berlin at that time. On top of that, I lost the full cost of my flight ticket.
I fully acknowledge that forgetting my bag was my mistake. However, the behavior of the customer service agent and the total lack of empathy and assistance from the driver were unethical, inhumane, and deeply disrespectful.
This experience left me shocked and disappointed. I will not forget how I was treated.
Great trip!!
I read the reviews so was a bit concerned but the train I wanted to catch was the correct time and it was super cheap so I took a chance. Well...I am so glad I did!!! I booked the tickets online which was easy and simple. It was for travel from vienna to Budapest. They assigned seats and when we got to the train it was clean, modern with built in entertainment. The travel was smooth and there was spaces for our luggage. The staff were friendly and it was the best train trip I've had since being in Europe for past 3 weeks. Based on this trip I highly recommend!!
The heating on the Prague–Przemyśl…
The heating on the Prague–Przemyśl night train is turned off every single night. This is not an accident — it happens on every trip. Passengers freeze for hours while the heating works only at the start and the end of the route.
On my last trip, both toilets in the carriage were out of service all night, and I was told to “use toilets in other carriages.” This is unacceptable for an international night train.
The staff act surprised every time, but this is a well-known problem that RegioJet never fixes. Ukrainians have very few travel options now, and adding unnecessary discomfort is simply disrespectful. Please take real action instead of giving excuses.
UPDATE after RegioJet’s reply
RegioJet responded to my complaint by stating that there was “no malfunction” and that the heating was simply not switched on in my carriage. This statement is incorrect.
The heating was working when I boarded the train in Prague. During the night, it stopped on its own. In the morning, before arrival, it was working again. This exact situation has occurred more than once on this route, including in February 2025, so this is clearly a recurring issue, not a passenger mistake.
Instead of properly investigating the repeated night-time loss of heating, RegioJet relies solely on crew records and dismisses passenger experience. I was also told that both toilets in my carriage being out of service was acceptable because toilets were available in another wagon.
This response shows how complaints are handled: known problems are denied and responsibility is avoided. This is not an acceptable standard for an international night train, especially in winter.
ZERO star if I could
ZERO star if I could, terrible service on a journey from Budapest to Vienna, waited for over 2 hours for my food order, plus trains platform been announced only 5 minutes before we departure.
NOT AGAIN
„Nihil gratuitum est“
Cheap. That’s the only positive.
Next time I will be highly motivated to pay €5-10€ more to take ÖBB or MAV.
App doesn’t recognise my ticket, can’t order food etc.
Stuff which speaks mainly Czechoslovakian only, no German, bad basic English is simply ignore and arrogant.
Very cheap, service, stuff etc.. on top train is late..
Train is full, but no any stuff shows up.
In summary „Nihil gratuitum est“.
Bad recent experience
I had good experience before, but recently WCs don't work or have no soap at all. THeir WiFi does not work so couldn't even order food (for some strange reason my provider didn't work either on the train - it was fine after I got off).
They need to fix these!
Worst business class experience ever
We bought business tickets. We (two of us) were assigned a cabin with two other passengers. The cabin itself was more claustrophobic than anything. There was not enough leg room, the seats were not comfortable. It felt like this cabin was last updated 20 years ago - it was definitely stuck in the past. The seats that were much cheaper were far better and some were even equipped with screens. Would not recommend this to anyone.
First and last time
I bought a first class ticket but they cancelled the train midway. No English announcement was made that the train was cancelled and they took no account of the passengers from the train moving from the train to the coach replacement - moreover, it seems like the coach was ancitipated so I doubt that Brno was on lockdown as fhe train agent claimed. It just seems to be that they needed the equipment for another service.
Might be the worst company
Might be the worst company. Try to be ryanair of train and bus but fail miserably. They employ incompetent youth and arrogant, their food is disgusting, they keep switching prices on you from online to desk,no matter the country and they don't reimburse miss connections. Zero star
