We have many issues with Regency Living at this moment.
This stems from poor communication, poor management of the Solent Grange site , site not well maintained, promises broken.
Unfortunately at this time the list goes on.
I hope it improves, but I feel unless the attitude of the company changes I don't hold out much hope.

From the first moment of meeting the representative Belinda, we immediately felt at ease and were confident of the information presented. We saw four homes for sale and there was one in particular that caught our attention. It instantly felt homely thanks to Belinda’s keen attention to detail.
This led to us making an offer there and then and yesterday, having been guided through the purchasing documents (9 days later!) we took possession of the keys for our next beautiful home.

We have eventually moved into a fantastic Regency Park Home after living in our previous home for 39 years. This is now our retirement residence and thankfully we have received lots of assistance from Regency Homes to make the transition easier.
This assistance has been provided by Olivia Borham, Belinda Cadwallader both of whom we found nothing was too much trouble in helping us achieve this successful move.

Solent Grange is in a great location and we found David, the Sales Adviser extremely helpful. We were left to explore the home and park without any pressure and David also arranged for us to meet with a new resident who had experienced a similar journey to our own and who was happy to share the experience, which was positive. Aston at Spring, the part exchange company was also very helpful but in reality to achieve 100% part exchange is unlikely so not suitable for everyone. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to proceed; however, it’s a great site in a superb location so we will be keeping in touch. Thanks to all 🙏

He is helpful, friendly and accommodating and nothing is to much trouble for him.
He's keeping the grounds very tidy, weed free and he's constantly working and looking for jobs to do and he completes them.
He's very passionate about his work and is always looking for perfection and is very polite with all the residents.
He is an asset to Regency.
Hi, just had to write this review about regency living as even though it’s not for us at the moment they have all been brilliant. Spoke to Aidan today and he was so helpful and most of all honest. Also David from Solent grange Milford for showing us around a few times and not being pushy in anyway, just so helpful and down to earth! Made me laugh too. Seriously though hope to deal with this company again in the future when right one comes along.
