Can’t recommend Regal highly enough! Eight weeks from signing up to exchange! They understood our time constraints and worked tirelessly to meet our deadlines, often being the party that pulled everyone else together. Professional, available, knowledgable and reassuring, but persistent and resilient in equal measure. Thank you so much Dave and Craig.

Dave and Craig have been amazing since day 1!! They have gone above and beyond in every way possible and we have been so impressed with everything, they have answered all of our many questions and nothing seemed too much for them. The what's app group made it so easy for updates (which we never had to chase for) and the whole sale of our house was complete within 12 weeks which is impressive in itself. We have recommended Regal to our parents who have now also sold through them and we would recommend them to anyone that is looking to sell, both Dave and Craig made the whole process stress free and we will defo use them if we ever move again.

Dave and his team at Regal estate agents and New Build properties are very responsive and helpful. The new build house I brought from them is above the normal spec and if there is a problem or something is not quite to your liking they don’t hesitate to put things exactly how you want them.
I’m very happy with my new property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I can’t recommend Regal estate agents highly enough! Craig has been fantastic and has done so much to help us with selling a tricky probate property. When we encountered problems he went out of his way to help us and sort things out. His communication and keeping in touch were truly excellent. Way beyond any experiences we have had with other agents in the past. If we ever need to sell again I would definitely use Regal again.

Ian was absolutely amazing. I could not fault his work, our property took quite a while to sell due to the chain, breaking down. But Ian was in contact with us every single week just to update us on anything that had happened. I could not fault his services. I thought he was very thorough and outstanding at his job.

Regal Estates handled the sale of a building plot at the rear of our property, and we couldn't be happier with their service. They offered valuable advice throughout the process, kept us fully informed at every stage, and helped us realise the true potential of our land. An added bonus was that they charged us no commission, as their fee was covered by the developer. We would highly recommend them
