On my first go the form crashed. :( But on my second try it was seamless and the money was back in my account within an hour. I was amazed.
My brother passed away couple of days ago i submitted the death certificate and everything im not able to get my refund for the tickets such a bad and horrible service even after paying for the service

There is no clear or accessible contact information on their website, making it extremely difficult to obtain support or updates. The refund process itself is subject to lengthy delays with little to no communication, to the point where customers are effectively discouraged from continuing.
Due to these delays, I was unable to resell my concert tickets in time, resulting in financial loss. Had the process been transparent and responsive, this situation could have been avoided.
I am also concerned that Australian companies such as Ticketek partner with Refund Me, given the lack of customer support and accountability. This raises questions about due diligence and whether consumer interests are being adequately protected.

Refund system is user friendly and efficient
I wish this company would be disbanded. I booked a hotel through trivago and my event got cancelled so I submitted a refund. I got an email back saying that I'm not eligible for a refund less than 30 days after booking my hotel. I called trivago and they said because refundable.me says it can't be returned there's nothing they can do about it. I called the hotel that I made the booking through and they have no record of a booking that day for my name or booking number. I tried to get a refund through my credit card company and they said that the charge is legitimate. I'm done fighting it at this point and now I'm out $195.

Easy to fill in and SUPER fast refund process.
It was great to be able to get a refund given that it was an unforeseen medical issue.
Apparently, a positive rapid test for influenza is not enough evidence: I should instead ignore NHS guidelines and drag my two small, sick children to an out of hours “physician” on the weekend to obtain a medical note. How deliberately unrealistic.
This company is immoral.

Phenomenal!! I’ve never seen anything like it, I received my refund about 5 seconds after the email was sent requesting it as my son is now sick. It was quicker than most out of office replies!
Easy navigation and great that I can get a refund because of my illness.
Very helpful staff and very compassionate staff
If I could give no stars I would. I paid for refundable tickets & sadly my sister is now seriously unwell and needs an emergency operation. They are currently getting her stable enough for the op and there is a high chance she won’t make it. They scheduled the op on the date of my ticket. Her consultant won’t release medical evidence and this company won’t refund without it although I’ve explained everything. The stress of all this is bad enough but they are so unreasonable and callous. Since when does paying for a service mean you don’t get it. Why would I go to these lengths to get a refund if I wasn’t genuine. Customer service is not a priority to these crooks. Complete scammers.

I am trying to get a refund due to emergency circumstances, my Father’s emergency hospital admission prevented me from attending 2 Rufus du sol concerts as I am his Carer also. Hospital certificate supplied 2 days ago, and only to receive an email asking for a medical certificate…he passed away
