Inital Consultation
From the moment I made my initial appointment with Reflect Clinic, the entire experience has been seamless and incredibly reassuring. I’ve felt comfortable every step of the way, which has made such a difference.
I’ve only had my first consultation with Dr Lambe so far, but it was a really positive experience. He was warm, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen carefully, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood everything we discussed. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely cared for throughout.
Jayne has also been incredible throughout the whole process. She’s been such a great support, always helpful and reassuring, which has made everything feel even easier.
Overall, I’ve had a fantastic experience so far. I’m really looking forward to surgery day and getting everything booked in.

My daughter had a breast reduction and…
My daughter had a breast reduction and nipple realignment with Mr Lambe From the initial consultation which was informative and realistic about my daughter’s expectations and the final outcome, I was reassured that she was in safe and very skilled hands. The procedure had been something she had wanted for along time so this wasn’t a snap decision as her implants were fifteen years old!! On the day, the staff were personable, friendly, caring and reassuring I cannot rate them highly enough. My special thanks go to Bec, Julie, Carol and Edward (who made the best cup of tea!). Quick and Seamless Experience
The process so far has been really positive and seamless; Jayne is consistent in her communication and updates and responds quickly with the answers needed. Mr Lambe is clearly an expert in his field and I feel completely confident in his surgical and technical abilities. Wonderful caring team and excellent results
I am 9 weeks post op and I cant praise Mr Lambe and Jayne enough.
The pre and post op care has been amazing .
Nothing is to much trouble and you feel so much at ease and able to ask any question without fear.
I was recommended to Mr Lambe and from the moment I met him I knew I was in safe hands.
He is professional without being pompous. A genuinely lovely easy to talk to man. Mr Lambe is not only passionate about his work- he genuinely cares and wants the best for his patients.
I must mention Jayne too - she is fantastic. Always on hand with help and support. Knew instantly when I needed a call and a listening ear.

Implant exchange…
I recently had breast implant exchange and, although it’s too early for me to comment on the final results, as I still have some expected swelling. I really want to highlight the excellent care I received throughout.
The HCA hospital environment felt calm, clean, and reassuring, the staff were kind & professional which made a huge difference during a nervous time.
During my consultations with Mr Lambe I felt my concerns and worries were listened to and I was supported through this with additional consultations and care which I’m very grateful for.
I also want to mention Jayne, who organised all my appointments. Everything was handled swiftly and efficiently, and I was regularly checked in on, which made the whole process feel smooth and well‑coordinated.
Even though it’s too early to speak about the outcome of the surgery itself, the experience and support I received were great.

3 days post Procedure
I had labiaplasty three days ago so I can’t comment on the results yet but I can’t fault anything about the experience from start to finish. The nurses and Mr. Lambe were amazing, and the aftercare has been excellent. I was extremely nervous beforehand, but the nurses in the room were so attentive and reassuring, and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. Jayne has also been brilliant, checking in regularly and always providing reassurance when needed. I felt genuinely supported throughout the whole process.

Lower facelift, neck and upper eyelid surgery.
I had lower facelift/neck surgery and upper eyelid surgery at Reflect, both carried out by Mr Lambe.
I am so glad that I chose to undergo the surgery with Mr Lambe, who is highly professional and clearly a most skilled surgeon.
I had initial consultations at several clinics, and what stood out from the beginning was Mr Lambe's compassion and attention to detail with regard to his work.
Throughout the procedures, and recovery, the support and reassurance that I received from both Mr Lambe and his secretary, Jayne, was absolutely fantastic.
Jayne contacted me on a regular basis following surgery, and was genuinely interested in my recovery, keeping my spirits up until everything had settled down.
The final results of my surgery are simply amazing.
I have been given back a more youthful appearance, and the confidence that this brings. Mr Lambe has performed a miracle - and I am incredibly grateful.

I’m 8 days post op and wanted to say…
I’m 8 days post op and wanted to say how impressed I’ve been with the service so far. In particular, Jayne has been a rock from the very beginning when I enquired about the procedure to post op recovery.
Leading up to the procedure Mr Lambe explained everything carefully to me and put me at ease. During the procedure Mr Lambe had a calming energy and it all went smoothly.
I travelled a couple hours for my surgery due to Mr Lambe’s great reputation.

Breast reduction and uplift
From my first phone call with Jayne to my initial appointment with Mr Lamb I instantly felt comfortable. I have considered a breast reduction and uplift for over 20 years and have researched several options but I am now ready to take the leap and feel really confident in the care that will be provided before, during and after the procedure. After only having my surgery on Monday
After only having my surgery on Monday, I came home Tuesday and can honestly say I feel great. There is still some swelling and bruising, but this will all go down in time. I am over the moon already with my results. Mr Lambe and the amazing staff at HCA Wilmslow have been fantastic!! they have really looked after me. Jayne has been wonderful as always checking in with me over the phone and always putting a smile on my face.

Jayne and Mr Lambe are a superb team.
After my consultation with Mr Lambe, Jayne immediately booked my procedure date and efficiently sent all the necessary details including after care information.
The procedure day ran extremely smoothly, on time in excellent facilities.
Mr Lambe takes the time to include a personal touch before, during and after and ensured he saw me prior to my discharge.
Jayne then took the trouble to make contact on the evening of the procedure and today following my procedure.
Mr Lambe and Jayne really do make every effort possible to make the whole process seamless and professional with a really personal touch too.
