Amazing to think of how many lives this invention have saved in trafic since nobody longer have an excuse to ride a bicykle without lights. Great product.

I have been a fan of Reelight since my first purchase years, or a decade, back when I was living in Amsterdam.
As one I got was damaged and broken I made an order to ship it to Finland, where I currently live.
The delivery was rather quick.
When I opened the product, I was a bit surprised - I didn't know/notice that there were three different versions and I got the flash one, instead of the constant which I had in my mind when ordered.
I anyway mounted it and all was fine - apart from feeling a bit too visible to others, which is just something Finnish about perhaps (though I'm not a Finn).
After one cold day (about -8), the front light started to faint a bit. But got back normal again after some days.
A few weeks past the front light stopped working. It didn't come back to life again this time.
So, I contacted the company, asking if a replacement was possible.
They responded very quick and straight forward (contacted by CEO!) - I was ready to be said that was not possible but all was simple and they even said it's possible to send the constant version if I wished.
Now all sorted and waiting for the constant version of the front light.
They are great and reliable in all levels.
I will enjoy the ride with Reelight again and for the coming long future :-)

The lights are amazing (very high quality and super convenient) and so is the customer service. Definitely a company you can trust.

Use a RL700 Reelight for one year now, works fine and it's so soothing to don't have to manage any battery.
I have just experiencing the customer service, they are incredibly fast: technical issue recovered in 2 days!

I bought the spare part "bracket for generator" for the sl520 light. I received the right product, promptly and well packaged.

Great product and customer service. I bought a partially defective product (also not the latest model), and after contacting support I was sent a replacement for the defective part, which worked flawlessly.

Not only do they produce great and innovative products, but they also have fantastic customer service.
In the last 10 years I bought several lights from them (we are a family of 6), always satisfied, always durable objects.
For some reason, the last 2 sets broke unexpectedly after a couple of months, and they offered to replace the damaged parts for free.

I've been amazed by the quality of the customer service.
I had been sold a very old model of a Reelight product by a reseller (probably some old stocks), and the product quickly failed. Reelight kindly offered to send me some spare parts to fix it.

I have owned the Reelight SL100 for about 10 years. It is a really great product.

Recently, I installed the Reelights on a new bike and had an issue getting the back light to work.

I contacted the customer service and they were super helpful explaining why it might not be working and what I should try to do. And I have my Reelights working again.

Very fast and comprehensive customer support. Received spare Parts within a day.

I bought the NOVA-lights, which malfunctioned on/off for a while since. Due to my own lazyness, I did not bother reaching out to customer service before they broke completely, but I regret not doing so earlier! Shortly after getting in touch, Reelight identified the cause of the malfunction (leaking seal by the cable) based on a few pics, and kindly sent me a new dynamo and cable - free of charge, disregarding my date of purchase beeing 2 years ago!

Their products are generally really great, and deliveres value (in this case, light) for money any day of the week. I have been a loyal customer for a while, but this experience truly encourages my lifetime commitment!

I bought 3 sets of the AMS light on Friday and they arrived at a pick-up location in Belgium on Monday, so I´m very happy with the delivery. The installation went smoothly on one bike although on the second I had some difficulties with the bike wheel blocking, but I managed to solve it. Overall very happy with these durable bike lights!

I had a problem with the power generator. Sent Reelight an e-mail to explain the issue. The same day I got an UPS message that a package was on its way and an explanation from Reelight. Great service!

I am really pleased with the service received from Reelight. I ordered the product from the UK and it was delivered in just a few days, far earlier than expected. The products were packaged well but unfortunately it did not suit the bike I had, I need to double check suitability the next time. I contacted the company and they were extremely kind to accept my return. I will definitely order again and recommend to others. It's a very exciting product for sure.

Excellent service they have! They were able to ship me lights withing 1 day, which is amazing. What is more, customer support is more than helpful. I've lost one of the lights in the forest bumpy road, and they provide me a new light. Thank you so much and best luck!

thank you very much for my delivery, just wanted to say that I’ve fitted the lights and I am very pleased
with them.

The two bikes I fitted them to are quite dissimilar, 1 was my beloved Brompton and the other was my Gazelle Orange e bike.

The hub mounted I fitted to the Brompton as the Cio would not fit with the angle of the rear folding frame and I fitted the Cio
to the Gazelle.

Interestingly I’ve mounted the Go on the Brompton as for additional safety in these murky days we have in winter, and conveniently
the rear light can be fitted on the saddle post just below the saddle so that it shows above the saddle bag - by the way thanks for the gift 👍

I bought my first set of hub mounted in Copenhagen a few tears ago and have been pleased with them and I just wanted to give you some feedback.

I did a review last week about their nice and efficient customer support service from a Student assistant, but now I'm even more gladly surprised to have already received the piece through express delivery service in a record timing (and furthermore, in a "Rainforest Alliance Certified" envelope! ;-)).
I guess they have improved quite a lot since 2013 when Oskar said that didn't get a quick response to his questions.
And their products are awesome! Light creation without extra-effort and without batteries needed! Sounds like the future, isn't it? (I greatly recommend these lights, specially for urban bicycle users).
