Redstag has possibly the best customer service out of all the casinos I play with--and I play with a lot.
they give generous bonus even if u forgot to choose a bonus or couldn't make ur up at the time and u play all of ur money--they can still load a bonus post play.
the only gripe I have is that cashouts aren't instant like other casinos and but the bonus policy and the great selection of games that aren't offered anywhere else make up for that.
they also have daily free tournaments that you can win money on!!!

I wouldn't say it is or has been great but I do like the low Bitcoin deposit and the free tournaments with the low rebuys, the variation of games are pretty descent. My only dissatisfaction with the whole system is the verification process, I've tried numerous times with no luck, old drivers license will not show clear enough to pass but overall red stag is my# 3rd favorite casino.

I used a free chip and won 3000 I was told they don’t pay more then 160 if you win using a free chip. I went to cash out the 160 and after that audit my money didn’t go into my bank so I did a redeposit and requested a check after a week and a half I asked where the check was and they said they have to audit the 160 first and I asked why since it already had the audit and got no straight answer for why again when they told me 14 days prior my check would be mailed by 7th day. I complained and was written back I should be happy it was off of free play. I wasted my time here .They seem to have a problem with pay outs and not wanting to pay.
