This casino says it has fair gaming. What is that exactly? I've spent plenty of money here and its not even close to fair. Its all take no give. I hope this casino gets what they deserve. Nothing but thieves. Never playing on this site again and will not recommend it to anyone. If I could get half my money back I would go to another site to spend it. Withdrawal Issue mistake fixed without me reaching out
There was a mishap with my withdrawal because of bonus terms that I was not aware of because they gave me the wrong type of bonus, so in result my withdrawal was lowered from 1000 to 160.. but customer support agent NOVA (shout out Novaaa you the bomb.com girl!!) reached out and assured me that they realized it was their mistake and even tho I got the wrong bonus and terms do apply. They would waive it and let me have my initial withdrawal amount. That goes to show they really do have their customers in their best interest for real. AND GIVE THAT GIRL NOVA A RAISE!! Lol

They have excellent customer service as well who will not stop until whatever the issue is becomes resolved to your satisfaction. They care about their players! they call me on occasion to see how everything is going and to see if there are any issues to be brought to their attention and one of these calls happen to be right after my birthday. I mentioned that my birthday had just passed and I would absolutely love it if I could get a little happy birthday gift. Seconds later I see a $50.00 bonus in my balance. I am also very excited to add that when I played that birthday bonus I won $1,400.00 that night and cashed out. Last night I deposited $25 to play with within my first 10 minutes I hit over $1,000 on one spin from. 1st and Goal video slots then from there I won another $200 from various games and before I decided to cash out I said, I never play the scratchrrs on here lemme see what happens" hahahaha.. since I had 1200 balance I picked a scratcher game and increased my bet to $6 per play.
