They still charge me when some shady website tries to bill me for a trial I never wanted. Terrible service. If I had zero balance they make my balance -ve.

I made a transaction with the card and received a decline.
The money was debited from my account and I contacted support, they told me that this decline was a problem on their part and that they would refund me.
I explained to them that I had to pay an invoice and that if I didn't pay it quickly I would lose a contract.
They told me that in a maximum of 24 hours they would refund me.
After 24 hours they told me the same thing that in 24 hours, today we are on the 3rd day and I was told that in another 24 hours.
I have been lied to for 3 days in a row and I don't think I will get my money back, all I can do is go to the police and file a complaint.

I believe they are running a scam with a simple trick.
I used my card on different platforms, but one of those sites started charging me without any notice. I discovered they were scamming and had stolen my money.
I contacted Redot Pay, and they advised me to freeze my card. I did so, but the fraudulent site kept trying to charge me again and again. Meanwhile, Redot Pay has been charging me for every declined transaction.
Now my Redot Pay balance is negative, so I believe Redot Pay is also running a scam by charging declined fees even while my card is frozen.
Thanks

If you should use this payment provider for an order and return whatever item, there is a big chance of your refund getting stuck in processing for months. Imagine buying a TV for 1000 euros, needing to refund it because it is broken. Only to have 1000 euros stuck for months. And I mean months... Customer service gives BS responses such as 9-15 business days (which already is absurd btw) and when these days pass they start to give you 24-48 hours which also is BS. They do not actually provide you any proof of escalation (because they don't escalate) and give you the same response every time where nothing gets solved and your money is simply stuck. This is something that makes this payment provide only "good" for things such as food, gasoline etc. Stuff where you do not may need refunds. I would advise you to be careful because you may very well end up with funds stuck for months if you are not careful.
To whatever representative that will give some BS response to this review: I do not care what you have to say. Simply fix your system so that your customers do not have funds stuck for MONTHS. Action over words. Fix instead of give empty words.
EDIT:
"More information"... What a joke.
I provide ALL information every time I contact your "customer service" and it is never enough for them to be able to fix the issue. Do not ask for more information in a public answer like this. Educate you customer service agents to actually help via the appropriate channels.

I made a USDT deposit using the TON network, which is clearly listed as supported on RedotPay’s official documentation. However, my funds never appeared in my account. When I contacted customer support, I only received repetitive responses saying the deposit “cannot be recovered,” without providing a real solution.
This is completely unfair and unacceptable, especially since the TON network is officially supported by RedotPay. My transaction is visible on the blockchain, which proves that the deposit was successful from my side. The responsibility lies with RedotPay to process it correctly.
If RedotPay cannot handle deposits on a network they officially claim to support, then they are misleading their users. Unless my issue is resolved and my funds are recovered, I will continue to share my negative experience publicly to warn others.
Transparency and accountability are crucial in the crypto industry, and RedotPay has failed me on both.
Be careful with RedotPay! I sent a USDT deposit, confirmed on the blockchain, but they refused to credit it, saying the network is unsupported. At first, support promised recovery, then later said the funds are lost. Customer funds are not safe with them

I was using the Redot Pay card through Apple Pay, but after new rules came in it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to support and asked about getting a physical plastic card, only to be told it would cost $100. No discount, no flexibility — just pay or nothing. For a service that already stopped working the way I signed up to use it, this feels unreasonable. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care and will be looking elsewhere.

Details:
I dealt with RedotPay after a failed transaction from the Roobet platform.
The support team requested that I provide a new return address different from my original deposit address. The problem is that Roobet does not offer the option to generate a new deposit address for the same currency, and their support confirmed that the address remains fixed.
I provided RedotPay with all the requested proofs and videos, but they kept insisting on a new address, which is impossible for me to provide. In the end, they closed the case, claiming no response, even though I had explained my situation.
The process is very complicated and unrealistic, especially since I followed all their instructions. I hope RedotPay reviews this policy and provides alternative solutions so users do not lose their money because of technical restrictions beyond their control.
I would like to clarify that the issue has been resolved, and my funds have been successfully returned to my Roobet account. I appreciate the support team for their assistance and hope they continue improving their response time.

🚨 RedotPay is Unfair – Hidden Decline Fees! 🚨I froze my RedotPay card because another platform was trying to make unauthorized charges. That platform couldn’t charge me after the freeze — but RedotPay itself started charging me $0.50 for every declined attempt. This makes no sense. Instead of protecting me from fraud, they are profiting off decline fees. So far, I’ve been charged multiple times, even though I never approved the transactions in the first place.A proper payment service should block fraud, not punish customers with fees. This feels like a trap to make money from declines, and I do not recommend RedotPay at all.

Overall, RedotPay is a good bank. I never faced difficulties in using the service, and the platform is smooth and reliable.
But there are two serious issues I must highlight:
1. High fees: The commissions are very large compared to other banks, which makes transactions costly.
2. Broken promise on $5 reward: I completed a survey after receiving a message that $5 would be added to my account. Instead of receiving the credit, I only got a conditional voucher requiring me to spend $5 or more.
To be clear, the $5 itself does not matter to me — I handle much larger amounts with this bank. What matters is the principle: this feels like trickery and a failure to honor a clear promise.
I hope RedotPay reduces fees and, most importantly, improves transparency and seriousness in dealing with its customers.
