Excellent features, with room to grow.
RedotPay is a game-changer for spending crypto. The app is incredibly easy to use, and being able to make everyday purchases with my crypto balance through Apple Pay has been a smooth and seamless experience. The quick verification process and security features gave me confidence to start using the card.
My one piece of constructive feedback would be for the customer support team to be more responsive and transparent, especially regarding fees and transaction details. Improving this would make an already great service even better.

I have been waiting for a refund for more than a month now. Everytime i ask the customer support when will the transaction be processed, they always say 24-48 hours. Have no clue if at all the issue will be solved.

Terrible support
I have used Redotpay for a while but will admit I’m very dissapointed in the treatment I’m getting after needing support for the first time!
I tried to make a bank transfer to RedotPay after opening a EUR and GBP account, both of my deposits to each currency account was rejected and supposed to be refunded.
Originally I was surprised that the refund would take 7 to 14 days, since any other bank that rejects a bank deposit will refund it immediately, but I decided to just wait and not make a big deal about it.
It’s now 29 days since the refund started processing, I’ve contacted support a dozen of times and they continue to say they are working on it and have no time estimate anymore. This is ridiculous, I feel like they are just scamming me at this point, will not recommend anyone else to use them as support is terrible.

It takes a very long time to receive money from PayPal. Even when it shows as “arrived” on your RedotPay card, the transaction remains in “processing” for an unreasonably long period.

I was quite surprised to see the physical card priced at $100 — an unusually high amount. From my experience, no physical card I've seen exceeds $25.
