Easy cost effective booking and service.

Straightforward booking.
Correct tow vehicle scheduled.
Arrived within a few minutes of forecasted ETA.
Carefully checked the vehicle and loaded it.
Phoned by office to say it was being off loaded at the destination and only then took payment details.
Couldn’t ask for any better service.

Friendly, responsive and helpful

Friendly, supportive and helpful.
We were allocated Red House via our insurance breakdown and the service we received was fantastic.
The team were helpful and really friendly. Really appreciated their help in a stressful situation

They came on site within 30 minutes

They came on site within 30 minutes, and within another 30 minutes they had access the situation and what to do with our car.
We had arrived home and 2 hours later we gad a phone call from them(Paul), who informed us the car was secured and would be driven to the Nissan garage the following morning

Top service

The company were great from start to finish. Friendly from first call and checked in until recovery arrived. Recovery driver arrived quickly, was helpful and good with all passengers. Cost was fair and got us home in good time in a stressful situation.

Prompt, friendly, helpful and with clear explanations of the problem and what needed to happen. It made the challenge of breaking down much more bearable!

Super quick and very polite

Super quick recovery and very polite. The gentleman was able to fix an electrical issue in no time and had me back and running in minutes. Very friendly and even offered to carry a broken part I couldn't carry myself to my nearby destination. Would recommend them in a heartbeat :)
