For me, it's convenient to use the service. Not all the buses are in perfect condition, but the drivers are very professional. And please fix the Orlando station; it's a disaster.

The express buss from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale was excellent. You need more caliber of buses with that space. Your regular bus is toooooooo cramped and uncomfortable.
