Terrible don't book here

Terrible don't book here! Ride took twice as long 20 hours instead of 10. Ride was not safe at all. After getting the ticket I still had to pay more. Customer service is the worste I've seen in my life, does abaolutely nothing for you. Better book with another company. More room for you, cheaper and in the end even faster. Redbus claims to be fast but it stops a 100 times for no reason and ends up being much slower.

RED BUS FRAUD

RED BUS FRAUD – I booked the Ticket from Anand Vihar ( Ghazipur Petrol Pump) to Gorakhpur ( UTTAR PRADESH) BUS NAME – ZINGBUS, BUS NO – HR38AB2106 When I reached to board the Bus, Bus Conductor told me that your ticket has been cancelled. I asked to bus conductor why, he told me that I am late, I told him to see My wrist watch I am before time. Actually, The Bus conductor sold my ticket to other passenger . I saw 3 passenger seating on my seat when I asked them, they told me that we have paid Rs 1000*3 =Rs 3000 for one seat
The Bus conductor sold my ticket to 3 passenger and Charged Rs 1000 to each passenger ( Rs – 3000 for one seat)
I called to Red Bus Customer service , Customer Service Agent gave me CASE ID – 17971923. He called to Bus driver but he did not picked up call, so he said sorry to me and registered a case.
When I enquired, I found that its not only happening with me it’s happened with other passenger also

Sketchy

Couldn't believe it. Left for my bus in the morning and the directions took me to a really sketchy area in Lima. I was very concerned for my safety. Worst part was, there was no bus.
Really unimpressed.

I have booked 4 tickets from Siliguri…

I have booked 4 tickets from Siliguri (West Bengal) to Biswanath Chariali (Assam) on 8 Jan 2022 through redbus. Bus name- joy Ramakrishna.. Ticket number- TR2884088007. Trip code-121393. But, you are showing pboto of a good bus and send a very poor quality bus. Bus number- AS19 AC 1677. Bus quality, and staff service and behavior very bad. Seats and Windows are broken.They are replace with plainsheet at the broken window, instate of glass. They are carrying goods like a truck. They are staging lots of commercial goods in the luggage boxes , upper carrier even inside of bus. They are stagging commercial goods under the passenger seets also. So, Passengers have no place to put their bags.Time table is also bad. They have stopped anywhere of the road lots of times, waiting for nonbooking customers for cabin seats. May be the bus not under redbus. May be the counter replace it. Why they send poor quality bus for redbud customers.? I have booked good quality bus with extra GST fees. Because, it's a long journey traveling with family. Please fine attachment. I have sent photos. They are throwing bags on the floor inside bus between two lines of seats. Presenters walking over the bags. My bag's lock has broken. The particular lock is not available in market. Now my pa bag is become useless.
We have to avoid redbus.

Their service is horrible. They avoid your putting call on hold and then disconnect. Don't book thru them. They never call back. Jackals staff.

I booked ticket of zing bus from red…

I booked ticket of zing bus from red bus service. We faced a lots of problem in zing bus. In this zing bus, there are four guys who started drinking and smoking during the journey and nobody stop them ,bus stopped every 30 minutes by these guys. Not recommend for any girls and couple.

Most honest and detailed review in 2021

I would like to share my recent experience with you.

We booked 2 seats from Amritsar to Manali and it was suppose to take 12 hours with Sachkhand Travels as per the Redbus app details.
We reached the Amritsar bus station and got picked up by a bus whose operators said it would go to Manali. The conductor assigned some random seats (our seat no was 21 and 22) and since it didn't seem right I inquired on the same. Upon much interrogation I came to realise that this bus is actually going to New Delhi. We would be transferred to another bus by Pal Travels which is on route from New Delhi to Manali. This transition happened at Ambala.
The bus from Amritsar(9pm) to Ambala(5am) took 8 hours and the bus from Ambala(5am) to Manali(5pm) took 12 hours.
After 20 hours of this journey I realised this is a complete scam carried out by Redbus in partner local bus operators. The intention here looks to be to trick first timers into spending and suffering without any transparency.

I am still waiting for an explanation for this unforgivable situation that has affected my mental health. I was shocked that this happened in 2021.

Edit 1: Nearly 10 days after my journey, I got a call from the senior operations team. The executive made an apology and promised that they have educated the bus operators on the same.

The question I would like to ask you who so ever is reading this review.

Is this the correct process to let a customer book a prepaid service and then just provide an apology for being so much careless in delivering. a good experience?
Doesn't someone in the Redbus have a minimum sense of discipline to educate the team before delivering a service rather than giving an excuse after an awful experience?

It's such a shame to know that the leaders of an organisation are not worthy of delivering a customer satisfactory service

I would recommend not to use Redbus service rather talk to any local travel agency for hiring a taxi. And we too did the same on our way back from Manali to Amritsar.

Edit 2: Yes the red bus team reached out to me as I mentioned in edit 1. The executive made an apology and promised that they have educated the bus operators on the same. Is that a solution ?
It was a solution for your team but not for me. Hence, please stop making promises of serving better as that is such a shame of your team to continue making false promises even when your team could not resolve the existing problems. And let me reiterate, apology after taking the money for a service is not a solution.

Worst Service provider

Redbus service provider showing use travels agency details without verification & it's not trust worthy.
I have booked tickets from pune of Jai bhavani Travels. No update about vehicle no.No GPS tracking. Service provider not pick mobile calls ( Mob No 93205 53011 ). Driver call me @ boarding time & give falls commitment that they came in next 15 minutes. Driver stop for dinner before boarding point without any information for 1 Hrs. Vehicle delayed 1:15 hrs. No space for lagged. Staff saying can I cary your bag in my hand for whole traveling.
I suggested don't book tickets of Jai Bhavani Travel.

Redbus is the worst travelling app I…

Redbus is the worst travelling app I have ever seen.
They don't have proper customer support.
I have booked the ticket and bus got rescheduled and I have informed Redbus customer services and asked them about refund because I don't want to travel in reschuled time which is my rights to decide.later customer care person spoke with. Bus operators and they denied to pay back..this is really wrong
First of all the bus got rescheduled which is not my mistake.

I faced a big problem because of poor…

I faced a big problem because of poor communication from Redbus. I booked my ticket to travel from Bharuch to Aurangabad (travelling date- 09.04.21). While booking ticket, alert not received from redbus about travelling rules.
When I board the bus at 10pm, bus operator asked me for Covid medical test report. As I had no any symptoms as well as not asked by redbus while booking the ticket (already mentioned above) I had not tested myself.
Resulting I had to get down from the bus and returned to home with endless sorrow and monetary loss.
I request Redbus to pop up such mandatory rules to travellers before booking the ticket.

I would have given zero star if there…

I would have given zero star if there be any possibility.
Worst experience and pathetic customer service. I booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Kanpur and I selected the boarding point from Kashmiri gate, I received a phone call from bus provider (intercity) he said that you need to come to anand vihar in order to board the bus, I denied him, I said why would I come to anand vihar when I have select Kashmiri gate as my boarding point, he said that there is no other option and if you want to pick up the bus that's the only option you need to follow, I didn't picked up the bus because of his arrogant tone and tried calling the bus operator customer service where I've been told that I am gonna get refund for the inconvenience, from that time I am trying calling both , the bus provider and the red bus but there is no resolution.
Don't travel through red bus.

It's the worst experience in traveling Raj bus through redbus from motihari to Siliguri.. the staff member especially the conductor is so manerless, characterless and even he don't know how to talk with passenger.....we are paying bcz you provide us service if you guys provide such services then who will try to travel with you in future...but from today onwards m never ever going to travel either with rajbus or with redbus

@redBus_in I faced a worst experience in redbus . Am a magician and i use redBus app mostly. On 19th march 12:56AM I booked a bus for viluppuram to Coimbatore and the bus departure time is 01:35AM . After booking the bus i got the travel agent number and I called him he gave the bus driver number, then I called the driver he said bus already crossed the spot , then I asked the driver ‘sir i saw on redBus app they mentioned the departure time is 1:35am then y u took earlier then he replied the road was clear so i took earlier that is not our problem like that . Then i call back the bus agent (VETRI TRAVELS) he told u give complaints on redBus customer care we ll refund the full amount. This is really worst . I trusted redbus but why they put sale for unavailable buses then whole night I didn’t sleep if i book bus directly on the bus agent I don’t get this type of problem. Then now i got call from redbus they told me they won’t give refund. Omg then y u charge me for un available bus . And i got call from vetry travels they talk me really worst . Now I was cheated from redBus and Vetri travels. I don’t know i ll get refund are not . But red bus customer care lady spoke me ash ...
