I tried two other online birth control pill providers who caused nothing but chaos, before coming to Redbox Rx. I am so glad and relieved, that they could perscribe the proper and requested pill that has worked for me for years. Amazing that it was this easy and fast without the run around.

My main concern was adressed and the process was really smooth! Would be 5 stars but I requested a second prescription, and this was not addressed or even mentioned.

Terrible product and customer service

Terrible product and customer service! I have ordered eye drops, they sent it FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY. It took 1 WEEK to get them, by that time I didn't need them. When I asked for the return, they refused.
Don't use it - just a waste of time and money..

Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage is the default shipping method we use at no additional charge to you. RedBox Rx also offers expedited shipping options through UPS which you can select at the checkout when you purchase your treatment. Shipping prices and delivery times are all listed under the shipping portion of the FAQ's section on our website. We do understand that some treatments need to be started as soon as possible, which is why we also offer the option for you to pick up your prescription at your local pharmacy. This option can also be selected during checkout when you pay for your treatment.

Very Smooth Process he experience was satisfactory because…

The experience was satisfactory because everything went very smoothly. I'm mostly referring to the technical part of the process. There were no glitches and I was kept well informed of the status of my appointment through email and text messages.

Redbox RX is Incredibly Convenient

Was easy to get hooked up with a psychiatrist who was able to get my existing prescriptions prescribed so I could continue my taking my meds during a gap in health insurance. Was very reasonably priced. It's good to know if Im ever in that spot again I have Redbox RX in my corner😃

Systems intended to push more product / scam

Everything seemed to go well but then an online scam began. I was incorrectly told I had no refills, I was tricked into purchasing more; then I waste more time fighting for a refund. Then the entire scam initiates again. I will likely end up contacting the state District Attorney's Office. Today again I was told I had no refills; so today will be noted as the latest scam - though this is a ongoing / reoccurring issue.

In those cases, you would not need another evaluation unless you run out of refills or need to consult with your provider for another reason. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients, and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication.

Experience was great

Experience was great. My dermatologist office had quit carrying Latisse and I was able to get a new prescription and RedBox filled it within minutes. Will keep my prescription with them!!

My tele visit was exactly on time

My tele visit was exactly on time. My doctor listened to my concerns and gave me the needed feedback. My prescription was approved, we discussed the treatment plan. I feel very comfortable going forward.

100% Satisfied!

The information required on the website for the doctor's review was easy to complete. I was expecting to hear back within 24 hours, but it was less than 2 hours for me to have my prescription, after my information had been reviewed. Unbelievable! My prescription for the requested skin care product was filled and sent in less than 2 hours. Also, the pricing is very affordable. I compared prices on Good RX and could not find anything any cheaper. I am 100% happy with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend, without hesitation.

Why am I being charged $25 extra for each delivery? Shouldn’t it be like every 6 months to do a review?

I was charged $25 dollars 3 months ago when I started and you just charged me another $25 dollars this week. So $25 each time I get meds?

I can understand your frustration Gower. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will not be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. We do not charge a monthly membership fee. You only pay when you receive a product or service. This gives more control to our patients, and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. Makes life easy with a baby & toddler

With a baby & toddler, it’s very hard to go to a doctors appointment — sitting and waiting for hours for a 1 min evaluation. This was all done from the comfort of my home and I was provided with the best acne treatment. I am very grateful for a service like this.

Refill process was quick & efficient

This is my second video call with the…

This is my second video call with the doctor to discuss my medicine. Each doctor has een on time and easy to talk to. They really go thru your medical history to make sure what is going to be prescribed is going to work for you. The first time the doctor just did a 3 month supply to see how it was going to work for me. This tine the doctor did a year supply and then at that time we will reevaluate and see how it is working for me.

Absolutely horrible experience

Namitha John Shah, FNP-BC, abruptly stopped my venlafaxine prescription without any warning or guidance. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I expected professional care, but instead I was left completely unable to taper safely, putting my mental and physical health at serious risk. There was zero support or explanation, and I felt completely abandoned by the staff during a critical time. Their lack of communication and care is shocking, especially for a service handling essential medications. I strongly advise anyone considering RedBox R.X to think twice — they are unprofessional and unreliable when it comes to managing prescriptions that affect your health.
