Terrible shopping experience
Terrible shopping experience. Initial order item cancelled as can’t send to NZ (be warned this is not a NZ site despite using .co.nz domain). Second item never left Australia - had to chase after 2 weeks. Slow response to order enquiry. Order then cancelled. Struggling to get refund in timely manner (now wants re-verification of ID because they’ve taken so long to reply). Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

No contact 3 weeks after ordering (never arrived)
I ordered fake tan as I needed it for a Christmas Party. Well that came and went - 3 weeks later with no contact and I had to pay for a spray tan. When using the chat function, they immediately claimed my parcel was 'lost in transit' but I never got a tracking number. I don't think the parcel ever made it to the courier and it was missed. In all my years of shopping online I've NEVER had this happen. So disappointed, didn't even get an apology.

After a few days of back and forth, my parcel arrived in good condition. I received help from Natasha and the parcel arrived soon after. I will definitely continue shopping with RY 😊

Updates about delivery took way too…
Updates about delivery took way too long. They don't have any people we can contact, only chatbots when we need help. Will not order from here again.
I had to wait over a month for my delivery.

Disappointing, frustrating experience.
Placed an order on 1 November and still waiting to receive it. I've contacted the company through their messaging option on my account login, but they just keep saying the same thing - they are notifying the courier for investigation and not actually giving an update. It seems they do not read previously messages and just make excuses to buy time. I just want a refund at this point and asked for one, but haven't got anything, just $100 down with no items.

Was Originally worried due to previous reviews but worked out well!
I was originally worried about my order as I had purchased over $100 worth of stuff, and only read the reviews after. However my order arrived promptly, with everything in great condition. And I saved a decent amount, especially in comparison to places like AdoreBeauty. If you're ordering from NZ (like I was) note that your order will be shipped from Australia - I did not know this was the case until I had already placed the order.
My only criticism is that the "free gift" I received for spending over a certain amount, that was supposed to be valued at $42~, was honestly a waste, with random things I'll never use. I assume it would've been leftover unsold things they were trying to get rid of, so if you're spending to try and get one of the free gifts don't get your hopes up haha. I still give this five stars though as I'm satisfied with my order.
I will definitely be shopping again here in the future, and would recommend to others.

Unfortunately the product I ordered & paid for, showed yup as available, but wasn’t.
On the positive the notification came through the next morning.

Ordered during black Friday sales
Ordered during black Friday sales, items seem to be stuck in transit and RY's response was that they're now considered lost and to offer me a refund as they're now "low on stock". Not good enough as these will now cost me double the price. Seems a lot of others have had similar issues going by comments on Facebook.
