Fraudulent scam

Fraudulent scam
The data on the plate I looked up was entirely made up. Nothing short of it. Names were made up and location were made up.

But the worst part is, I purchased a 7 days unlimited pass, and they, without my consent, billed me a monthly subscription.

Problem addressed quickly

Problem addressed quickly. This is a review of the way they handled an issue not the quality of their product. I only used their service once and I believe it was fine and I obtained the information I was looking for. I cancelled my account so I would only need to pay for the trial period. I was still charged. However, they reversed the charge with only a slight delay without claiming that I did not cancel in time.

Excellent customer service

When I conducted a records search, it came back with some information unavailable from records. I called customer service to see if I could get a refund. The gentleman was polite and refunded the charge. This level of customer service is increasingly rare these days and I greatly appreciated it.
