Excellent Service - Fast Delivery - Friendly Owner

Matt is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient with his customers. Without me spending anything I had a week long back and forth conversation about a product I intended to buy. There was no sales pitch or shortened answers because it seemed like I wasn't buying anything yet. A true class act.
I had initially emailed with a question and concern about a potential purchase. I was replied to very quickly, with detailed information and a friendly touch.
It's widely known how friendly, safe and reputable this site is, and Matt in particular. It's nice to experience it for myself and be able to confirm it's still the case.

I'll certainly be returning here for any/all purchases that I can. Very happy to support a business that's run with passion and with medical patients in mind.

Great customer service

Great customer service from, Matt. I had accidentally received the wrong product and when informing RVS via email, the issue was rectified quickly and professionally. Accidents happen and good service is what matters when it does 👍🏼
