I am a regular customer and was used to receiving high quality service and products, but I must highlight the exceptional customer service Matt recently graciously offered me. I was stumped trying to remove a broken glass component, which became broken through complete fault of my own, from its titanium enclosure and so I reached out hoping the experts could help. Matt was just the expert I needed, giving me detailed advice that solved my problem and saved me time, effort and money. I am now ecstatic to continue enjoying my ruby twist setup paired with the titanium matrix bowl and glass bubbler to the fullest extent! universal baller vape
I bought a universal baller vape from here and it arrived the next day well packaged. The device seems to make the same medication stronger and having somewhere to put all the bits was a very big selling point for me as well. I'm so glad I bought it and i would advise anyone who is thinking of buying one to get it. I am a medical patient and this is helping enormously. Great service from Matt as well. Very pleased. Happy to hear you're happy with the products and service. Sadly shipping/importing into Europe has become more expensive lately especially for smaller orders since they've added the additional 3 Euro per line duties for lower value items. Totally appreciate it's not an ideal situation, we're working to try and find a solution to make it slightly cheaper for our EU fam but our hands are partly tied by the new regulations that were introduced in July.
