Easy process. Quick delivery

My phone arrived in top condition, nicely packed so it felt like new. Now several months later, I am still very much happy with my phone, enjoying the excellent battery life and overall power of a newer device while knowing I got it at a bargain while helping reduce electronic waste. A win all the way around!

I recently bought a Samsung S25 Ultra from Reboxed and honestly, I’m beyond impressed. The phone arrived much quicker than I expected and was packaged beautifully. When I opened it, it looked absolutely brand new ,with a case, not a single scratch, and everything works perfectly.
The performance is amazing, the camera quality is outstanding, and the battery life is just as good as a new phone. You honestly wouldn’t even know it’s refurbished.
What I really loved is the value for money getting such a premium phone at a better price while also helping the environment is a win win.

Although there was a technical issue online at ordering (I ordered twice because of a banking glitch), Reboxed refunded me in full & my iPhone was received very promptly 👌

Would definitely order from reboxed again when I need a newer model phone for a good price

My purchased phone was faulty and duly returned. I was refunded £16 for the trade in phone, which it seems the returned faulty phone was mistaken for, despite being a totally different phone. I have contacted Customer services via the online form that I received no response to and then by email on 27th February, 6th March and 10th March and still have no response for Order #36921. I remain out of pocket to the value of £178.62.

What can I say about Reboxed? How about, it's easy. My daughter wanted a sim free iPhone 16 Pro Max but seeing as Apple had non in stock, as they'd brought out the iPhone 17, we had to start searching on used sites. Found Reboxed which had good reviews, had a great eco friendly focus, a decent warranty and 14 days returns policy. The price was good so decided to purchase a pristine model from them. Phone came quickly, well packaged and the pristine description was spot on. Another useful thing was the various payment options. Overall a very easy and enjoyable experience, I'll be buying from them again in the future.

It was all so easy, I did it through my provider Smarty and I'm so pleased with my phone and at such an affordable price. I was thrilled at the presentation, all boxed up like new. I will definitely recommend Reboxed to friends and family.

The phone got lost in the post. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and we had to go hunting for another a couple of days before Christmas. The refund didn’t come through straight away, so I had to lend money to get it, and it was more expensive in the shop.

Purchased IPhone 13 for my son’s Christmas present. Phone arrived in good time, great condition for a great price.

Fabulous company. I ordered a refurbished iPhone SE2022 sadly the battery dropped drastically quickly but on contacting Reboxed and they sent a return postage label and within a few days I had a replacement which has been fantastic! And a great price. Highly recommend.
