Poor privacy practices, you are forced into cookies. Further I have no trust in the platform

My experience would be more enjoyable if clients who are sharing their surgical experiences would have a template of basic answers to help other be better informed of the surgeon, surgery types, country/city/ clinic, clear photos of before, during healing and post op. Especially to see updated images post op of scaring. As most people are concerned with these things when using RealMe to help choose a good surgeon

You can find good overviews of different procedures and products, but many of the reviews are clearly fake, and RealSelf seems to have no interest in vetting them appropriately. Still, it's useful for getting a sense of what is out there and how much it might cost.

Enabling abusive patient behaviour and insisting that things will be « all better » if I get my credit card out and pay for their services. This service told me that when I created a physician’s profile, this was an irreversible process and I can never take down my profile again. Now that an individual is spreading lies about myself and my business, harassing me on all platforms, I was told my profile would be greatly improved if I started paying Realself for their premium services. I would not recommend to make a physician profile on this website. I would have never made a profile knowing what I know now.
They only seem to post negative physicians review until the physician agrees to pay them for premium services.

Not trustworthy reviews(since there are far less or, no pictures to support 'great' results, promotion of doctors who are praised by patients with no proof(no photos). And,most importantly 'the great escape' of top doctors who do not wish to be associated with RS. So,there is so much room for improvement. Good luck!
