I have been having an EXTREMETLY FRUSTRATING time trying to return my unwanted rings!

I viewed some very beautiful rings at readyourheart.com, read through their order and return policies before placing an order. I did not know exactly which ring(s) would look best on my hand, or which combination of engagement ring would work best with which wedding band. Readyourheart's website clearly says that the rings are returnable for a full refund given the instructions: 1) Contact Cust Serv for an approval and address to send the return, and 2) Return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it. So, I ordered multiple rings to see what would work best for me. It took a couple of weeks to receive them. I was pleased with the weight of the rings, and they looked very nice. I found 2-4 rings that I really liked and was glad I was able to try them on in person. Rings that I thought would be the right one(s) from pictures ended up not looking the same in person on my hand. Not a negative to the company, that is just how it goes looking at a picture vs actually trying them on together and with different combinations. I was sure to contact cust serv with the email provided shortly after receiving and deciding on the rings I wished to keep making sure I returned the unwanted items within the 30 days of receipt. Gloria was the person that communicated with me through the emails. There is no phone number or return address published anywhere that I could find. Email after email, Gloria tried to get me to keep more of the rings I ordered, offering me discounts on all of them. I appreciated the offer and understood trying to get higher sales, however, that is not what I want to do! I want to return the ones I don't want and get my money back like the website stated. After a couple of emails back and forth, I did agree to keep a couple of more rings, sort of just to be nice, and I did really like them. BUT, Gloria has refused to give me a return address to send the other rings back. I emailed her several times, sent messages through the website, and it has now been several weeks, and she has ghosted me. I have been extremely polite, but in the last few attempts to reach her or someone, I have just asked why are you refusing to give me a return address. In the very beginning of the communication I was sure to say that I had all of the rings packaged just as they had arrived and was ready to immediately return them when she gave me the instructions. I even made sure they were all polished and, in their bags, and boxes ready to go. I made sure there was no reason for them not to excepted back for return as brand new ready to resell. Now it has been a few weeks since I last heard from Gloria, and I've continued to ask for a return authorization and return address and have received no response from the company at all. I have several hundred dollars invested in these rings that they refuse to allow me to return. My last step will be to contact my credit card company and see if they can investigate and make right. At this point, I am ready to refuse the entire order and send them all back. The promise of a return policy has been a scam. After researching reviews online outside of their website, I have read multiple reviews with the same problem. Also, the Moissanite "Certificates" of validation/guarantee that were numbered, were all numbered exactly the same. There was no differentiation in the certificates. If you only ordered 1 ring, you would think that the certificate was specific to THAT ring, like diamond certificates are. I cannot not vouch for the authenticity of the moissanite because I have not had it to a jeweler yet. I am having my doubts based on the poor business ethics this company seems to have!

I bought a 3 carat solitaire. After less than 45 days, the stone fell out. I contacted the company thinking there would be no problem with getting a replacement. Wrong!!!! They told me that since it had been over 30 days I would have to take it to a jeweler and get it repaired myself and they would give me a $60 credit for the purchase of another ring. When I refused that, they offered to send me another ring for $60. Not sure why they keep wanting more money from me. I'm still working with them but I'm not feeling the love.

Bought a moissanite ring and it turned out to be too thick and bulky for me. Since website states they offer exchanges OR refunds, I attempted to contact them for instructions on how to return for a full refund. Almost a week now and I am struggling with 1 a day email responses offering multiple discounts on other pur hases and offers to keep the ring for a discount despite me repeatedly advising I want a full refund. Extremely suspect...buyers beware!!

Great customer service. My questions were answered quickly and politely. My ring arrived fairly quickly considering the distance. When I got it, I was so happy at the quality. Buying online can be risky, but my ring was everything I had hoped for when I bought it.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with it. The only reason I gave my experience a 4 rating is because it was not shipped for a long time (2+ weeks). I had to email and ask about it before it was shipped out. Otherwise, the jewelry piece is beautiful and I am happy with it.

This company as far as I know is based solely on the internet, but they have answered my questions and been so helpful in purchasing...the moissanite pieces are GRA Graded and an authentic record comes with each piece... This is fine jewelry, I am a retired member of the GIA Gemological Institute of America, and I would sell their quality in my store if I still had it. It's priced excellently. I can't wait to order my Birthday order. They make everything easy, even if things take a bit longer due to high demand. I can see why Read Your Heart ❤️ is no. 1

I actually purchased more than once from this company. I have 2 rings and a necklace. My daughter loved mine so much she ordered 2 rings as a wedding set. Everything is so beautiful and sparkly and every bit believable. I get compliments on my “diamonds “ all the time. It does take awhile to get them but worth every minute. If you have questions about your order, their customer service is wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful jewelry at a reasonable price.
