Don't even think to buy from ReadYourHeart!! Their delivery is so slow, I've got my order around 3weeks later, their customer service is totally sucks. Their policy is totally lying, they never give the chance to customers to return!!!

I got the three-stone lab emerald ring. When it arrived the quality of the setting was fine but the stone was a much lighter green with much less internal character in the way of inclusions than the ring shown on the site. When I posted a review stating as much on their website it never rendered, so I can only assume that they withhold negative reviews to mislead buyers.

Purchased a set of earrings. The clasp kept opening and the earrings fall off. Contacted RYH and they gave me $50 off a new pair. So I purchased another pair. The second pair were the same. One bump and the clasp opened and earring fell off my ear. They look beautiful but poor quality.

I have had my ring for 2 months. The rose gold is all but gone, I question the S925 it's supposed to be. The ring looks old eventhough I take it off before doing anything and clean it regularly with sterling silver jewelry cleaner. Waste of money

I purchased my wedding set so my husband could ask me to stay married forever. We have been married for 45 years. We both were very young when we married and I was expecting. So the wedding traditions wasn’t our top priority. I did not look at the ring when it arrived. My husband surprised me at a beautiful waterfall in Michigan and went on one knee to ask me to be married forever. I said yes of course. The ring set is beautiful!!! I wear it every day and it looks great! The ring arrived so quickly in a classy ring box. Great price and provided us with a special memory!

This company goes out of the way to work with you on issues that arise! Ordered a pair of earrings for my daughters birthday, only one came in the delivery. As soon as I explained it to them another pair was sent. 15.00 to pay for postage. I questioned them because I had already paid for the postage. They were more than a simple response, and ended up sending a 4 leaf clover necklace as well! So my daughter received both for her birthday! July 3rd was a beautiful birthday for her! She is expecting her first child in December and the 4 leaf clover was the perfect addition of having a healthy baby! I believe you have a new customer in my daughter! You certainly have one in me!
