Read Your Heart has the BEST customer service!! I had ordered a ring for my son that he wanted to give to his fiancée. He thought the 1CT size would be good, but when it arrived - beautiful as it was - he wanted to change it to the larger 2CT size. I contacted RYH and they very quickly ordered and sent the new ring. There was a very reasonable upgrade charge to the larger size (amazed at how little), and it was quickly shipped out. Also - we didn’t have to return the first ring (was shocked!) My son LOVED the new ring (as did his fiancée)!! So, I have nothing but GOOD to say about RYH. The products (I have a few rings & earrings) are great quality & beautiful!!

I ordered a ring that was listed as a popular style on their website. According to their shipping info, these items are supposed to ship within 24 hours, while custom or engraved orders might take 3–10 business days. Mine was neither, but more than a week passed without any shipping confirmation.

There’s no phone number to call, so I tried using their online chat — no response. I ended up emailing them, and eventually got a reply saying the order would ship "soon." A few more days went by with no update, so I followed up again and got basically the same vague answer.

By the 10th business day (again, the maximum time even for custom orders), I asked for a refund. They responded pretty fast this time — offering to throw in a $119 necklace for free if I stuck with the order. I declined and made it very clear I didn’t want the ring or the necklace, and that they should cancel everything.

Instead, I got another email over a day later saying they’d shipped the order anyway.

Honestly, I would steer clear of this company. But if you do decide to buy from them, I highly recommend using a payment method that offers buyer protection, just in case things go sideways. I'm honestly baffled by the high ratings—they don't reflect the experience I had at all.

Order placed 4-20-2025. Almost 3 weeks later, and multiple emails and being told it is shipping out soon, my order has still not shipped. I am going to dispute this and hopefully get my money back. I feel this company is a scam.

Ordered a pair of earrings on 4-23 and received conformation on the same day. Website said it would be 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Followed up with Readyourheart on 4-29 and received a response stating that "it will be shipped" on 4-30. Then later that same day received a tracking email. It's now 5/2 and called the shipper only to find out that they don't even have the item in their possession. Was given no time frame. To top this off, the company has no customer service number to contact them. This entire process has been a complete pain. Don't buy anything from Readyourheart unless you don't want it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

This company does not stand behind their products and their customer service is embarassing. I ordered a ring in October 2024, and after wearing it 4 times, the finish failed on the back of the ring, and it turned black. I reached out to ReadYourHeart Customer Service in February of 2025 and was told that the only option was to pay 50% of the ring's initial cost to get it replaced because I had owned it for more than 90 days. When I asked about the 12-month warranty that came with the ring, the customer service person stopped responding to my emails. I have attempted to reach them several times since and no one responds to my weekly emails. Clearly their warranty and pretty paperwork is useless.

Great product and responsive customer service

I bought couple of rings and one of the rings. The stone fell out. I emailed and send a picture but never got any response to help me with anything and it was only one week after I purchased the ring.

I have ordered three separate times. I am very pleased. I love all the items. Everything is beautifully made.

I ordered a ring, but it was the wrong size because I measured it wrong. I love the ring. I reached out to customer service and they allowed me to order a new ring in the correct size in exchange for the one I received. They were very responsive and kept me updated on the progress throughout the process.
I would order from them again!

Nice products. The moissanites come with certification. Prices are reasonable. Shipping time frame was good.

The ring is beautiful. Silver suits my coloring. Very masculine and I went with 2 carats because that’s what my next door neighbor’s mother wore on her engagement ring. I canceled my order within minutes, and had to fight with them to get my money back. I finally had to file a claim with Pay Pal. They lead you to believe they are in the US, but they are located in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I reached out to ReadYourHeart to get a custom order. I changed the two outside stones to sapphires and asked for them to be a darker blue. Grace sent me pictures of examples of the color. Once I made a decision she sent a picture of what the ring would look like for my approval. She was very patient and helpful. My ring arrived and is exactly what I wanted. It's just beautiful and the quality is great. This is my third ring purchase and I'm very happy with all of them. Delivery takes a little while but it's well worth the wait.

Scammers! They told me 1-3 processing days. A week and a half later, no update. No one is monitoring their "chat". No one has responded to my email. Beware these folks - it's a scam.
