Gloria was my contact person when my jewellery didn’t turn up by post . She reorganised for me to receive it a second time ( no idea what happened the first time round- perhaps taken elsewhere ?) anyway they replaced my item for a small postage fee and their customer service was excellent .

I received my ring this morning. Initially I was very hesitant and nervous about ordering it as I hadn’t heard of the company. From the get go , the customer service I received from Holly has been outstanding!
The ring is incredible. The weight, quality of the stone, the size, absolutely everything is flawless and I couldn’t be happier. I purchased this as a travel ring so I don’t have to wear my real diamond and I honestly have trouble believing this isn’t a real diamond , it’s an exquisite moissanite complete with paperwork. I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed in anything you order from Read Your Heart. Thank you again Holly for everything!

My ring is absolutely beautiful! People comment on how sparkly it is, and can't believe it's a lab grown diamond. The fit is perfect.
About that...
I was surprised that you had to verify my ring size before my order was processed. Don't know if you do that with all your customers, or if it was because I wear a larger than 'normal' size ring for a woman. I have large knuckles due to osteoarthritis.

Easy to order. But takes a long time to arrive. I always start to worry that I'm not going to get it. But when I do get the product it is really nice. I have no complaints about my ring. It looks like real diamonds. Everyone loves it and compliments it.

My issue started when it came to getting my discount after my purchase. They did not want to honor my the return of my discount. Instead they offered me a bracelet. I should have know then. I had a hard time tracking my package. It never arrived when it said it was. When I finally got my jewelry the ring was too snuggle on my finger so I wanted a size up. Gloria was the person I was responding with and she only responded at 3 10am. I went back and forth with her because they wanted me to pay 40 for them to ship me a new ring. I explained that I didn't want to keep a ring that didn't fit. She finally said i can return the ring but there they had to make sure the ring was in good condition. Then she stopped responding and I had to request for the shipping address. Gloria responded if I pay 15 dollars for shipping since now I was requesting a full refund and I was giving back the bracelet. I called my bank to make a dispute. I sent one final email requesting an address with 72. I didn't get a response until my bank said they were going to do the dispute. Gloria messaged with an address in New Jersey to return my item for a full refund. This place is ridiculous when it comes to returns. They do not want to return the money and they have no place to leave a review. I had a horrible experience. Vet the website before purchasing anything online. My bank track the transaction in the UK. Go figure. I will never buy anything from them again.

My ring was pretty and it came with a certificate. But it also came with bad customer service that doesn't honor their own policy

I absolutely love my ring that I purchased from Read Your Heart! It is so beautiful and the setting is unique. I did order my usual size 6 but it was extremely large so I ordered a plastic ring sizer. After only 4 weeks of wear, the stone was still brilliant but the gold plating wore off of the back of the ring. I emailed customer service and sent photos. They were very responsive and kind. They mailed me a new ring and even corrected the size for me. I just received it and it is gorgeous! I’m just a little frightened that the gold plating will wear off this one as well.

I have purchased over 10 pieces from RYH and love them all. The delivery is a bit slow, but their jewelry is worth the wait

I have to say if you have any questions about your order, their response time is great, usually within an hour or two. The ring I ordered is beautiful. So far, very happy with my purchase.

The ring band turned black when I swam in a hotel pool.Didn't expect this to happen.Kind of disappointing.Thought it was better quality.

The jewelry was beautiful and looked like it was well made. I was very happy with the jewelry itself and the prices. The problem is that the shipping is inconsistent. I currently am waiting on an item I ordered 3 weeks ago and was said to have shipped six days ago. You don’t know what to expect. Most of the items I’ve purchased eventually came within a few weeks and look great. Is your jewelry going to be delivered without any issues? It’s a gamble.

I was disappointed that the finish on the rings was coming off quite substantially. It definitely impacted the look of my rings. I’d been very careful to follow the guidelines spelt out. EI: not wearing in shower, overnight,not using hand cream etc. when I contacted the company with video showing my displeasure, they offered to rings replace them with only the shipping fee. I’m expecting to get the replacement rings any time now. Very good customer service.
